Buy your parts elsewhere. This place is hard to get to with all the road construction projects in the area. Its located in the heart of semi-big rig central in Ontario, CA and will take you forever to get to as well as take you forever and a day just to get back to any local freeway (unless its Sunday at 7 AM) Today (Monday 1:30 PM 5.16.16) I stopped by to purchase some oil and it took 15 minutes for somebody to bring the product down from storage. When they finally did,..I was told the computer system had crashed and that they didnt know when it would be back online so I couldnt check out. After 10 more minutes waiting for the computer system to be restored, I told them I would pay cash but they said that they couldnt close the transaction without their computer system being up and running..I waited 5 more minutes and left. This company is disorganized and unprofessional and its not the associates working the front counter,...its the corporate donkeys stepping on a dollar so that they can pick up a dime who are to blame. Who is running their I.T. department? A former bakery manager? There is no excuse for not being able to service the paying public. For every post such as this,..there are many others who have had the same experience but are to busy to get the word out..So I figured Id do it.. Sorry for the rant everyone,..but I just want to let folks know what I went through today so that no one else has to. And that there are a lot of better options out there. Napa prices are too high in an Internet-based consumer market that allows most products to be delivered right to your door without having to deal with long waits and the riff" and raff" that I dealt with today. Oil is hard to ship to a residence,..but I will gladly go somewhere else and pay more so that I can actually check out before my 105th birthday! Thank you for reading my anti-Napa auto parts complaint in its entirety!!! Joe

Similar to joe lunch pale. I live in fontana. So in fontana you have all major dealers, freightliner, peterbilt, mack, volvo, ford, also franklin truck parts, bettes, fleetpride. And other mom and pop places for other stuff dealers dont normally carry. I had gone to all these places before going down to NAPA. I had shown a picture of the part and a dealer part #. The parts guy there just told me to find that, i had to go to dealer. Without cross referencing to his computer system, or even bother to make an effort to look. Bad service. Having been to all previous dealers i just walked out. Maybe the dealer can get me that part in 2 or 3 days. I took time to come here and have this jagoff tell me that. I would thought that they would tried and beat the dealer and get me this part. These guys just a waste. I just wont come here anymore. I saw that post from joe lunch pale and decide take time to write post of bad service to customers calll before you come here for anything, they probably good at telling you to come down in person to tell you go to dealer to get it.

I went to Napa Ontario looking for door seal rubbers for my 1972 Pontiac. They had a listing for them and felt they could get them for me but I had to leave it as I was leaving the country the following day. I was treated with courtesy and respect by a man who knew his stuff so I think I received great service. Another reviewer here gave a man an answer to his question that he obviously hadnt wanted to hear so he gave him a bad review. I used to work in auto parts and you dont always have to waste five minutes plunking away at a computer to answer a clients question. Unfortunately the correct information isnt always good news.

Came to this store to pick up a tool at will call. They informed me that I had bought the last tool in the distribution center and the center was actually closed. They also I formed me that since it was already sold to me they currently couldnt find the tool in their system and I would have to give it time and pick up the next day. I asked for a refund. I then got a refund of 11 cents less than original purchase price. I purchased the item at a different store in a different city and there was a tax difference. Complete headache...bye Napa, I learned my lesson. Hello AutoZone and OReillys

I called opening hours to place spark plugs on hold. the person who helped me over the phone told me they had the spark plugs in stock and its on hold. I arrive 5 min later and wait in line forever when only one customer in store and 4 napa workers on computers instead of asking me if they can help me. finally I get help and I tell them Im here to pick up parts and they tell me its not on hold or in stock. my advice for anyone who orders at napa make sure get a name when placing parts on hold. they were no help. I would give them a zero if could. bad rep and service

This is their Southern California warehouse so they almost always have everything in stock that is the best thing I can say about this location there is usually a line and some of the people are rude but their inventory generally makes up for if you need the part that day

Theyll answer alot of different types of questions for you. Even if they dont have certain parts for your car... Like Bumpers, Fenders, Grills... They will gladly give you information on how to contact someone who can help... So I Personally Give Them 10 Stars..!

They are not well staffed and are slower than the sloths in Zootopia. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service. Im taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to wait a day, cause even that will be faster then the sloths at that location.

I was very pleasantly surprised that they had a number of replacement mirror options for my old Uhaul at about half what I expected to pay. The staff was both knowledgeable and helpful.

If you can go to Napa over auto zone do it everytime. Big Mike is always helpful at this napa. I call and put my parts on hold and they are always ready to go when I get there.

Well staffed and friendly. The people there are very knowledgeable. Plenty of inventory since its attached to the warehouse.
