My husband and I went to buy windshield wipers for my daughters car. A beautiful woman named Gisela was so courteous in helping us find the right ones. She also offered to install them for us but at the time we didnt have our daughters car with us. We went home and tried installing them ourselves, but we were too confused on how to actually do it. The next day we took the car back to Autozone for assistance and Gisela was there. She remembered me right away and approached me to help install the wipers. It only took her 5 minutes to do so. I am so impressed by her excellent customer service and hospitality. She really went the extra mile for me. I havent received such great service in a long time. Autozone has a real asset in Grisela. Thank you Grisela for your oustanding work.

I am tired of having inconsistent customer service. Every time I have been in there over the past year or so, its a roll of the dice whether they will be friendly/courteous or look at you, as though they are being inconvenienced by your presence. I am fed up with it and decided no longer to go to this location/store or any Autozone. Its to easy to go somewhere else and not deal with the potential aggravation.

Had to stay for an extended time..everything was what one would expect at home .staff all around were very accommodating to the needs of guests...would recommend the facility to friends and family as it s very close to everything ...only thing tho is the elevator not working to go to 3rd floor...with a bad hip and opposite sore knee we did manage...a good visit...

Wife bought replacement headlights. The employee installed them incorrectly and one blew a week later. Came back for a replacement and he said its not under warranty. You can try talking to the manager and he he walked away. Come to find out, I put the old light back in and it worked just fine. Didnt even need the replacement. Terrible

Everytime Ive gone to this location they always help me fixed wipers, replaced fuses, carry out batteries, provide good advice, and referrals to other local businesses. They sent me out to Fontana brake and so far, Im happy with their service as well..

I love this auto zone they always help me find anything I need and always have what ever I need or can order it for me. The staff is awesome they can be a lil slow sometimes but awesome anyways!! Lol
