Horrible! The only and barely audible sound coming from my car was the brake sensor. I immediately confirmed my appointment at Pep Boys and drove in the next day. New rotors and pads were installed. Now it sounds as if my brakes are chewing aluminum cans!!! I returned and was told some sound is ok. Bullcrap! So, Im driving (18.3 miles away) to Gardena Bear Alignment on Crenshaw Boulevard in Gardena, California. Ill let you know the outcome. One star because they were open.

After Joey is gone this store became worth.He was only the one who was make customers happy.New management is horrible.As well as other manager Kev.Never come back again after today experience . Over priced place.66$ for an oil change on 1997 F150 V6 4.2 and 340$ for front brake pads
