Wow, the awesome service!! Elize M. is so knowledgable. I was visiting Huntington Beach (from the Bay Area) this weekend and my battery died. I was close to this AutoZone, so I got a jump start and drove to the store. It wasnt too busy and Elize and the staff helped test my bad battery and even rolled out the new battery on a cart to my vehicle. She even tested my alternator. Everything checked out fine and Im back on the road! If I ever need an auto part and anywhere near, Ill go out of my way to return to this AutoZone.

Staff is very knowledgeable about how to do a quick repair on your vehicle. Tell them the type of vehicle you have and the problem and they will guide you through it. They will also pull the part you need if they know that you are coming right in to get it. Excellent customer service.

Came here looking for a tool. I called in advance and asked if they had the tool and they told me yes. When i got there it wasnt in stock. Not only was my time wasted but nobody apologized for wasting my time; they just walked away after showing me where it would be if they had it.

Jake the manager is a total duché bag he really mis-treated my mom and sister when they were having issues with a simple vehicle task....Im going as far as reaching out corporate about this issue other than that this auto zone is legit especially if they get rid of him (Jake)

Again one of my neighborhood places, this location has been good. I dont do as much work on my car as I would like to these days but they seem to have a good variety of parts, definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything.

Useless. Cant follow though on orders. They tell you theyll have it next morning, but then the warehouse doesnt actually have the part as they said they did, so maybe they can get it at the end of the day or tomorrow.

You can pretty much get what youre looking for Here, but the service is just OK, bordering on sub-par but not quite. Occasionally youll get an employee that takes pride in their job, but they seem to be waning.
