Ive been an autozone rewards member for plenty of years and have never encountered a staff this unwilling to help someone out. Had a dead battery.. asked to use a jump box or cables and they went from saying they dont have any, to they cant let me borrow them so i bought a set.. didnt end up needing it bcuz the car started so i went to return them 15 minutes later.. they didnt give me a reciept in the first place, and the guy clearly lied and said he did to the manager. Manager was giving me a hard time and wanted to give me store credit. They messed up and didnt give me a reciept and were unwilling to help me out. Went to another autozone in san pedro, and the guy came out and even tested the battery and showed us we didnt need to purchase another one.

I came here because I needed to get new HID lights for my honda civic, but I had no idea what to look for. Luckily for me the employees were nice enough to not only help me find exactly what I needed, but also install the lights after I purchased them. Now thats REAL service.
