When you bring your battery if its not there brand that they carry they will try to sale you one. But if you bring them the battery that you bought from them most likely they will charge it before exchange, please respect the warranty. If the customer want to exchange the battery while the warranty is not expired just change it.

Great customer service helped me find locks for my New Hyundai Veloster....super excited! The TECHNICIAN could have pointed their over there..but he looked up my car to sell me the proper size for my car and showed me a variety of locks. I really appreciated that. Great job! :-)

Can work on customer service, a manager named Anthony walked away as soon as he saw me come in and had to wait for someone to assist me. The reason he walked away was to go talk in the back room. Ridiculous

Almost always have the parts that I need. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free battery system checks, Loaner tools and used oil disposal, which is great for the environment.
