I needed a starter for my truck and found Valley auto parts online. Gave them a call & the CSR that answered the phone was very informative and helpful. I gave her the make & model of my truck and they had it in stock and at a great price. I love dealing with people who know and love their jobs. Great service & prices. Definitely my #1 store for parts from here on. Highly recommend.

The owner has really bad attitude toward costumers and he treat them like they dont know anything about machine shop. Also Really bad customer service after sale!! I wont go back again.
