I am so disappointed with the bad customer service and the lying promises and the fake advertising. After I ordered my engine and spending $3000 on different parts they called me five days later to tell me that the engine will not be shipped, after I towed my vehicle to the mechanic shop and took the old engine out and the car is sitting there now with no engine all because AutoZones lying promises And no one of these people helped (Edgar the district manager) and (Jimmy Swims the department manager) Very rude people and disrespectful. After all the hustling they tell me that theyll refund my money and get me a $100 gift card. These people dont know how to treat their loyal customers. This will be the last time I deal with AutoZone. Unbelievable experience. After all the hassle and waiting for three weeks they call me and tell me well pay you $330 reimburse for storage. Dont think I need your money. Im spending $10k on my car. You have to be responsible of your mistakes. The person whos talking to me said that I can deny everything, and I ask him is it a good thing to do that, he says its not ideal but its very good. What a shame dealing with you....

JOSE IS THE MAN!! I needed an alternator for my 2002 s60 and i went there late at night around 9:20 Pm on July 3rd to get it replaced i didnt know if the alternator was good or bad and i was asking him about the return policy incase the alternator did not fix my problem , Jose told me that he can test my alternator before i buy the item , Although it was late He took the time To help me test my alternator and luckily it tested BAD which i was very happy to hear that, I got the new Alternator and Installed it this morning and all my problems are Fixed!! Thanks Again Jose and "AUTO ZONE " PLEASE GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE BECAUSE HE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!!

I called Kragen to see if they had a brake caliper reset tool (loaner) for a VW and they said no. The dealer doesnt sell tools (it lists for $139) but AutoZone in Burbank had a loaner for a $35 deposit. There is a aftermarket version ($45) but I would have to buy it on the internet and since my car was already raised with the pads off Id have to pay for overnight shipping. Frank at the store was very helpful and the universal tool worked like a charm. Saved me a day & $65. And I didnt even have to buy the pads there!

They did not have correct coolant for modern Chrysler cars; in fact, they were completely out of any of their own brand of coolant, for any car. Had to go across the street to ORillys to get it. The Mexican made radiator cap felt flimsy and had every aspect of it reduced to the bare minimum.

First time Ive been to this location, but its close to me in Burbank, so i swing by to get a new alternator. The guy that helped me was very nice and the place was well kept. Cant complain.
