I was looking to buy a Subaru from this dealership and saw they had a few potentially in my price range. I live several hours away so I needed them to be very transparent with me about the cars. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because I was pleased about how transparent they were, they also have a repair shop so they make sure the condition of the car is good, but there are a few reasons my rating will not be higher. I will list below. 1) They seemed a bit disorganized. I had originally found a well priced vehicle and wanted that it. But the mileage listed on the side was under 50,000 when in all reality the odometer was over 70,000. Thats a big difference in worth. After catching the error 3 days ago when texting me, the website still hasnt been changed. So thats a little misleading for future customers. They should definitely be double checking these things. 2) I did find a vehicle I would have purchased and wanted to negotiate a bit on. Honestly, what I was asking for wasnt crazy. I had a $200 voucher through my insurance company so I told them I would drive the 3 hours the next day if they could make that the out the door price for me. The car had some blemishes and the tires (while in good condition) were still the factory tires, so replacements would be needed in about a year. Because we were negotiating via media they told me the manager would only negotiate after I had test driven the vehicle and understood the terms and conditions. While that sounds reasonable, Ive actually been researching this car for a month and have already test driven it. I know I want it. What they were essentially trying to do was get me to drive 3 hours for the car so that I wouldnt want to leave empty handed. They probably figured Id be less likely to walk away - though theyre wrong because Ive already done this with two different dealerships I had to travel for. I may be a young chick, but Im a tough law student who knows these cars. I came back and told them they would have to commit to the price I want for me to take off work to make a 3 hour trip. They had nothing to lose by committing, I had my valuable time to lose to make a trip without an agreement. They responded by telling me they would sell me the car for the price my $200 voucher made it, plus taxes, fees, and registration. So in other words, with no deal. I was pretty upset they tried to convince me to come to the dealership for that information - the intent was literally to corner me into making the deal I didnt want. I know from the carfax they bought this car at auction, so they still would have made a pretty penny off me in commission and would have had my full commitment. 3) I also did not find the dealership to be as attentive as I wanted. When I initially called the sales rep was with another client and said she would call me back. Totally reasonable! However, she didnt call me back until my hour lunch break was over and I was back at work. Still not too big of a deal. We furthered our communication via text, which was totally okay and I liked this method, to be honest. She was supposed to get back to me that day with photos of the cars I was interested in even though they hadnt been detailed. I did want to see them in their rough condition so I knew. She must have forgotten or something because I didnt get them. She then texted me at the end of the day saying shed be out of the office the next day but would send me the pictures of the completed detailed cars the day after. But I didnt get the texted photos. I had to text her for a follow up. She was pretty attentive after that. It wasnt the hugest deal, just something to note. Moral of the story - just be prepared to stick to your guns as with any dealership and be okay with walking away. I had to walk away from this dealership. I ended up finding the same car, but with more of the features I wanted for the deal I wanted AND in spotless condition the next day.

I love my Subaru its my third, but Hanlees service is the worst ever, disingenuous at best; They sold me a service contract with my new vehicle and refused to honor it. Three, count them 3 service manages were relocated after my complaints with Hanlee , with the promise from each sales manager they would fix the problem, Three years later I still have not received service for my $1238.

Had a problem with my car that could only be fixed by the dealer. They were prompt at answering, kept their cool so that I could keep mine. Tonny was a great guy to work with, and Eric, their general manager was simply awesome. Its a great company that I would recommend to anyone around Napa!

I was passing through Napa for business and got a flat tire. Pulled into Hanlees Napa Subaru without an appointment. At first I wondered if I was going to regret driving by the Big-O right down the street. Rich and Ryan made me feel welcomed and took great care of me!

Mike and Adam were very accommodating and knowledgeable during my car buying experience. While doing a trade in, they offered me a vehicle to borrow free of charge so I could complete the rest of my paperwork while my Hyundais value was being assessed.
