This store has the WORST customer service EVER!! I made a purchase and couldnt fit it in my car, they said that they would hold it for me...When I went back, to pick it up, they couldnt find it, because they had SOLD it to another customer!! Then they said, they could only give me STORE CREDIT they couldnt give MY money back!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT... I had to get pissed off and threaten to turn them into "Better Business" The stupid manager lied and said she didnt have the owners phone number, well I guess she found it, because they finally gave me my lousy $30.00 The weak store manager, didnt even have the nerve to come an apologize or face me...she made a clerk give me the refund....crappy manager! POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS~

This place is by-far the best thrift store in Modesto, CA. They sell BOTH New and Old items. I’ve been a customer since they were on Rumble Road. And I am always amazed at all of the different products I was able to find. Below are just some of the things I found. Under Armour compression shirt/longsleeves for $5 or less, which retails anywhere for $30-$50. Cycling Jerseys for $3-$5. Mint conditioned Desks for under $25. Tennis racks for $2-$7. Brand-named dress shirts (Nordstrom, Boss, Lauren, Stafford, etc.) for under $5. And my personal favorite, tons and tons of Brand New Google T-shirts for less than $4. Simply amazing place to shop! If are in the Modesto area, check it out and you may find yourself saving a lot of money!

So, if you truly want to uncover "buried treasure," Buy Rite is your place!!! On a recent outing there I located several name-brand clothing items that were priced from about 50 cents to MAYBE $10.00...I was also able to find some quality (but used, of course) golf equipment at IMPOSSIBLY low prices. But, of course, no trip to a thrift store would be complete if the retailer doesnt have a ready stock of parts for my iron lung - and guess what??? THEY DO!!! But THATS NOT ALL!!! As I was leaving the store my attention was drawn to a glass display box that contained - would you believe it!!!? - a WOODEN HAND! I still get shivers down my spine thinking about that sparkling moment of discovery.

I was very impressed with the organization of this place. The clothes were very well organized by size (which can be rare for thrift stores) and the prices were clearly marked. We thought the prices were about average with some great deals and some things a bit overpriced (probably depending on how long theyve been there). Another plus is the size of the store - its pretty big and therefore has a lot of inventory. The only downside is that it can be very busy, especially on the weekends. This is a great find for thrifty shoppers! :)

the store is good. but I really wouldnt reccomend people who have never have had experience working in retail the superviors there are horribal trainers and they go by a fast pace there additude for training a "new employee" is awful.its one of the worst training experiences Ive ever heard of by a friend of mine I would shop here again but i would never work here for the lack of bad training by the supervisiors.

I love shopping here...I can always find some good treasures. My mom and I used to shop at the store when it was located on Tully in the old Thrifty location (Now a Dollar General). My only complaint is that it is so HOT in there, is the air-conditioning broken? It makes it so unpleasant to spend much time in there, especially the back of the store. Otherwise its fun to shop!

Way over priced went there today and saw a drone for $60 I bought the same one at TJ max for 29.99 BRAND NEW!! Who ever is making the prices need to be demoted or fired its a thrift store not a retail store. Unfortunate people like myself that dont have a big income ,shop at places like these to scrape by and yall are pulling a fast one .

Not impressed. Most of their inventory wasnt all that interesting. their shoes are outdated (not in a vintage type way) and their clothes smelled like theyd been stuck in a closet for years. The only thing i found interesting was this treasure chest-like music box, but it was way overpriced.

Worst thrift shop I have been to. You could tell instantly when walking in. I waited in line for a really long time. Not only were the other customers bumping into me and rude, the "staff" were. This day in age there are so many shops like these. I was a first and last time customer.

Love to go their with their coupons but some of their stuff they sell should at least be looked at a second time before shelving.. lots of dirty fur ridden blankets, some clothes eveb have stains on them or are hella faded for the price being sold.

Lots of good stuff, but pricing is inconsistent. Theres always a good deal to be found, though, with a little patience. The checkout lines are not well managed, though. Plan on waiting 10 minutes or more to pay.

This is my go to thrift store!!!! I love this place, yes you may have to do some digging to find what your looking for but 8 out of 10 times youll find it a lot Cheaper than other thrift stores!!!!
