This is one of the Bay Areas best and most beloved comic stores! The owners are also wonderful members of the community who care deeply about their staff and customers. They are very friendly, and go above and beyond for their subscribers. They also have great events and activities, like their Pre Comic Con, Free Comic Book Day, or Halloween Comic Fest. As a consumer, I have never once had a bad experience there. Thank you, Black Cat!

This is, hands down, the South Bays friendliest most helpful comic shop. We turn to them for all our comic needs. Their subscription service is awesome. They are always happy to special order a book(s) if you suddenly find something if you never knew you couldnt live without, always making sure to try to order 1st prints and letting you know if its not. The staff there is very helpful and they have the right amount of young reader or age appropriate material to choose from for my 6 year old. If you want to go to a shop where the people really know their stuff and have a personal touch - then I think you should give Black Cat Comics a try. You will not be disappointed.

This is my LCB and I love it! Its a small place with the usual run of comics but also some great memorabilia, poster, figures etc. The staff is super friendly and generally pretty awesome people. They also know their stuff so theyre good people to talk to about comic recommendations.

Its a small store with a few boxes of back issues , if you only care about whats current then this place is just as good as any other,but if you are looking for some older books dont bother because the few that they do have behind the counter are a bit over priced.
