You might discount my words, because I have been known to aggressively extoll the virtues of A Shop Called Quest. This would be a mistake. Because if you are a lover of the written/sequential/visual arts, this is your Nirvana. Ive never been to a more stylish, FRIENDLY, welcoming comic shop as ASCQ. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations. Most importantly, if you are a "non-traditional" comics reader (not white, cis male, and/or straight), this place will treat you, not as an interloper, but like you belong. This is a great store for the seasoned, die-hard comics nerd, or the newbie looking to break into the best visual storytelling medium there is.

Amazing comic book store with the same ownership and community involvement as the Claremont and Redlands stores. Beautiful open space allows for thorough browsing without bumping into things. Extensive selection of pins, toys and apparel too but in no way dwarfs the extensive selection of comics and graphic novels. Staff is knowledgeable and not remotely snobby. Whether youre looking for a shop to make your Wednesday runs to or are just visiting LA, the folks at Quest will make you feel right at home. Also, they validate two hours free parking in the lot in front of the store.

"Wow!!" is what I said to myself the moment I walked into here. They have comics and figurines of all types and sizes! Plus a large variety of pins, patches, and little trinkets. Perfect place for any comic/cartoon/TV show addict! Lastly, music selection in here is gives it a solid 5 star.

ASCQ is fantastic! The staff is super helpful and give out great reccomendations. The in-store raffles and signings are always a great treat. Im a regular because of their service and friendliness.

Very modern comic book and collectibles shop. Has an entire wall of vinyl pops. Very nice store, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
