This is a really great resource for vegetarians and those that want to eat healthy! A great and more reasonably priced alternative to "Whole Paycheck" natural food markets, and frankly carrying stuff you dont see all in one place at most places like that! They have a fantastic selection of frozen "fake meats," veggie burgers, and dinners: Mexican, Indian, and Chinese cuisine-style stuff, lots of veggie seasonings: stuff that tastes like beef or chicken broth, soy cheese, etc. The thing I love most about this store is the huge aisle of canned "fake meat" products that can be used for all yer veggie cooking, like I like to use in my curries. Do read the labels, though, as some of these products do contain MSG. They also have a Vegemite-like product from Australias Sanitarium Foods, which I cannot remember if I tried yet or not. Hmmm. The store is quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are very nice. Good selection of SDA Christian books, CDs, videos, stationery, etc. In the past, I have found some really good "conspiracy theory"-type books about the Catholic Church, Freemasonry, Rock n Roll music, etc., but I think they may be trying to phase that out . . .
