I placed an order in September while my account was current. Ive been waiting for the phone for over a month. They pushed it earlier than expected, woohoo but then I received an email saying there was a problem with the system and I needed to update my payment method ASAP. Pressured with time I did... NUMEROUS times and even with two different cards. On my end everything was fine but on their end something seemed to be glitching ... now theyve canceled my order so we could try reprocessing the order. Ive spend more than 5 hours on hold, speaking with all sorts of representatives, (mostly rude, stupid, impatient, & confused) being bounced around different departments trying to figure out whats wrong. Mind you, Ive been speaking with supervisors and managers of higher branches ... in the end, my order was canceled and is still not able to be processed through for whatever reason is going on with the system. No more phone, and I wasted about 5 hours figuring that out. Decided to finally go into a store, which initially was NEVER my plan. Manager Alex looked like he didnt care about the whole situation at all ... kept looking everywhere else but me. Basically only gave me worse news & Walked away from me and told me to have a " good day." Nothing was resolved, issues are still present and Im more livid than ever ... Not only was my Upgrade eligibility screwed over, but also my opportunity for a limited time offer of a $650 credit was screwed over as well.... WOW. Thank you so much AT&T for VALUING your CUSTOMERS!!! - Sarcasm.

poor stock management ("yes we have it....Im sorry we dont have it") and lack of interest in resolving customer issues. Long delay waiting to talk to a manager.

Nice store, I recommend making an appointment. Walk-in are welcome but the wait can be long. They also have a Starbuck and a couple of restaurants near by.

Friendly people Will meet you at the door. I needed a New phone and they sold me what I wanted and didnt try to sell me what I didnt need.
