READ ME BEFORE YOU SHOP! BUYER BEWARE AT ANY Burlington! If you go home and wash your purchases and they shrink, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. Its COMPANY POLICY. One day, after buying $ 100+ worth of clothing, I had to return because everything shrunk. Their products did not match was I tried on in the fitting room and bought. You know what they said I could do with these shrunk clothes? They said I could "donate it". Donate it?! I wonder if corporate cares if they lost me forever as a customer? Tell your friends and family. Burlington doesnt refund your money if their products are faulty. You know why they are "just Burlington" now? Cuz now they are just like all the other lackluster stores like Ross and Marshalls.

Went to exchange some pants that were given to my boyfriend as a gift. Explained to the first employee that we didnt have the receipt nor the tag. She told us thats fine just find some like it and the item/items you want and come back up. So we go out and do as she asked only to go back up and be told by another employee that we couldnt exchange at all.This to me is poor customer service. All cashiers should know all the rules. Ugh!!! What a waste of time.

Maya could not be bothered. She was eating chips while ringing my clothing articles. Very unprofessional and didnt even thank me since she was chewing junk the entire time.

Charges tax per item.. on store layaways there is only store credit if canceled and not picked up. Always the phone number does not work
