WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered something online and needed to return it and decided to bring it to the store to return. Cashier was new so they called for help and she was told that they do not do online returns when the jo-ann site said that I can. It was only her at the cashier and I assumed that whoever she called simply didnt want to come out to help, so I had to carry my heavy package back to the car. I know they could have done more to help or at least figure out how to help but they simply just werent doing their job. NOT GOOD FOR THEIR IMAGE AND NOT GOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS

OK, so I believe in downsizing but shrinking the shopping carts is totally ridiculous!! I have shopped in your store for as long as its been in Stockton. I visited the new store on Trinity Parkway today and took my 5 month old grandson in his carrier. The cart is not big enough for the carrier, so imagine trying to shop with such a small cart. Impossible!! I am used to purchasing quite a bit of fabric, but with nowhere to put it, that is a problem. Cant wait for BLACK FRIDAY!!!!

Great new store! The beading section and selection is the best Ive seen in any other craft store, including other Jo Anns! Thank you for paying attention to your customers wants! Great store and staff.
