this was the worst att store i have ever been to. went in with my mother, we are older women, they took my name asked what i needed, two new phones, not cheap by the way, told us to sit , sat there for 40 minutes watching people come in , get waited on , watched a sales associate wander around, not come up to us ask us any questions, one guy told us we will be right with you, wasnt, got up to leave, asked the girl at the door why other people were waited on, she said oh they had appt. we had to wait on them, not once had they said anything about appts. have never had to make appt before. i have been a faithful customer of att, my experience at this store is changing my mind. they lost a very good sale, will never go back

Me and my wife went in to activate 2 new lines. We were greeted by Aalon. He asked what we were coming in for. He sat us down went through the usual rundown. Very polite and professional. Helped me and my wife learn about the plans and devices. Any questions I had were answered. I didnt feel rushed or forced onto anything at all. The phones werent ourageously priced. Of course the newer devices were more costly but nothing outrageously mind blowing. (I didnt come to this store for a prepaid phone) Definitely one of my better experiences with cell phone retailers. I highly recommend going in. Ask for Aalon! My visit was on a Wednesday afternoon

It took way too long for them to process our order we were doing a simple phone upgrade that was ordered online and we opted for in store pickup. It took an hour and a half. The problem was that you can process 2 year contracts in store but you can online so we ordered it online but theyre not able to finish the process in store. That wasnt their fault but they communicated it so poorly. PSA AT&T is trying to push people off of their grandfathered unlimited plans. Yes they are expensive but you cant get them anymore. All of the sales reps were trying to push everyone to a tiered plan

Worst att store I have ever been. And the so called manger over, dont know his name black guy with glasses was hell of rude. Bought hard case screen cover for my iPhone 6 s plus which came off in two weeks and I wanted them to replace since I spent 45 bucks on it. And that guy didnt even want hear it and wanted to sell me new one for discounted price. Been there customer for 8 years and this is what I get in return. Will switch to different soon along with my 5 more family lines.

If not for Colin who patiently assisted my wife and me in restoring her Samsung phone, Ill rate our experience here 1 star. The previous 2 reps at the door just told us to go to this and that site and follow instructions, offering no additional help at all. It turned out the restore wasnt simple, but Colin walked us thru the process. Thanks Colin, we hope you get promoted and given a raise.

Have always had a positive experience at this ATT. Staff greets you warmly and puts you on waiting list (if necessary) when entering. Lots of phones and gadgets to play with while waiting. Staff is warm and friendly, helped answer any questions I had.

This place is okay. I just went here to have a sim card replacement since the new phone I had couldnt take my old sim card, and it took a while in waiting (10 minutes) just to do a two minute sim card replacement.

Great Customer Service. Dont waste your time going to the Authorized Dealer in the mall. This is the corporate Att in Tracy ( The only one) They will take care of you here.
