TLDR; Just go to another AT&T store; not military friendly! The manager on duty was rude and condescending when he found out he wouldnt make as much adding a line instead of starting a new one. To make a long story short, my wife and her brother stopped in to the empty store to get him a new iPhone 6s and began speaking with Antonio, the manager. I walked in a few minutes after and heard my wife saying that she wanted to open a new line for him, and then switch it to a family plan later. I realized that I had an old AT&T account with credits that we could spin up again. Unfortunately this didnt jive well with Antonio, and he spat that it was the first time he heard of an account that had credits. I explained that it was a refund from a long time ago and I just needed a minute to look up the account. I gave my old number, but that had been taken by someone with a prepaid number, which caused me to be on the receiving end of a rebuke for being wrong about my account. I then found my old account number for him to look up, which was good to go. He then asked for id. I handed him my Military ID, and he refused to accept it saying that he could only accept a drivers license. I told him that a Military ID is a valid form of identification, and he eventually conceded after a bit of argument and selected Military ID from the dropdown selector. To log into my account he asked for my personal password. I asked him if I could put it in myself, and he said no and I have to give it to him and asked why I didnt trust him. I told him that I didnt trust him because I didnt know him, plus I didnt remember my password exactly so I would have to try a couple. He said no. That was the last straw, so I told him that it would be nice to do this without the attitude, and thats when everything blew up. He started yelling saying he didnt have an attitude and I should trust him with my private information because he could go into my account and get my information if he wanted to. I told him that it was my personal password and I didnt want to just give it out. After being yelled at for a couple minutes about how I should trust him and AT&T only hires people after a background check. I was eventually able to calm him down enough to tell him that we would be going to another store to open buy our phone. In the end he conceded to let me put my own password in, but the damage had already been done and we left the store.

I would give negative stars if I could. This is a terrible store with the worst customer service I have ever come across. Leviu C sold my fiance and I both new phone accounts for switching from Verizon. He told us he would get us two new phones for free for signing up for UV-erse. We told him that our house would not be built till the end of summer and he said that it did not matter. We signed up and after the 3rd month bill cycles the phones should of been credited for free on our accounts. Which they were not. Now for the past few weeks I have been battling and calling AT&T non stop trying to get some answers. I wish that it was against the law for these sales reps to sell you phones and then lie. This whole store has been nothing but rude to me. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend anyone else who has has issues with him or the store management to file a complaint. Nothing will every change if we do not file complaints.
