I honestly wonder if they hire a bunch of lazy people since I went to 2 stores and both CSRs were too lazy to even check if an item was in stock. I called this store to ask if they had an item physically in stock since their website showed it in stock, the girl on the phone told me "we dont have it". I proceeded to ask her to clarify if she meant they did not carry it or they did not have it in stock and she responded "we dont carry it". I told her that their website did INDEED say they carried them in the store and the girl responded "well you will have to come in and check if its in stock" This is mind blowing that there is hard working people looking for jobs out there and this is the ones they hire!

The phone service could use some work especially after one girl basically told me that they had to take care of customers before giving out directions on the phone. I guess trying to get to the store doesnt make you a customer. The only saving grace is that they have a good selection of fabric and they are nice. First impressions are everything and had I not been that close to the store, I would have told them to pound sand. They really need to work on phone manners because the next person may not want to come in the store and give them a chance.

They are rude not very friendly, not very handicapped friendly, they have 1 shopping wheelchair, that hardly makes it threw the asiles. Hardly no one to help reach the items that are up high, half the staff dont know what or where items are at. For a neighborhood friendly store, theyre not so friendly.

I hate this location. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. I counted three, THREE!! manager types on the floor and there was a huge line and one little girl who tried her best but was slow slow slow. I live in Lemon Grove but will drive out to la mesa or el cajon to avoid this store.

The most annoying thing is they ask you to take a que ticket but help whomever they see first. Not who has the next number, not who has been standing there for 20min, but the rude person who pushes themselves in front of the person cutting. Every single time.
