I wish I could give ZERO stars. These people...family owned...are filthy pigs. Twice we used them and twice we were given flowers that died overnight. They are not ethical and have no sympathy towards anyone. PLEASE, PLEASE, go down El Toro Road another mile; Ritchie and El Toro. There is another flower shop... I dont know the owners there, but they spoke clear english as they were clearly from this country. I would rather help a struggling native who shows empathy and tries hard to keep their customers happy.

nice people, prices arent bad for being in oc, but they are not sharp in customer satisfaction. ordered an arrangement, and they deliver on time, descent looking but different than what I ordered. the design was completely different as well as the colors of the flowers I ordered. if you dont have what was arranged, you should call the customer and inform them so they can change the order or cancel it, not just make your own decisions for the customer.

I have gotten good arrangements in the past that were in the cooler. I have had some difficulty speaking to them as they have a heavy oriental accent. This time since I did not find anything close to what I wanted I gave careful instructions including dimentions. When I returned to pick up the order it was not what I wanted. Also there was a different clerk that did not understand any English nor did she express any understanding of what was wrong.

These people are thieves. They took $210.00 then sent a different cheap flower arrangement to the funeral. On top of it when I called to complain about our flower arrangement the owner was very rude and yelled at me. She kept saying "I will never do flowers for you" like I ever going to waste my money by ordering from her again.

Talked with customer service rep on phone who told me to order online and delivery would be $5.00 . Placed order and owner said there would be a $20 charge for delivery. Twenty dollars to deliver from Laguna Hills to Laguna Beach?? What are you smoking in those hills?? Transparency is what this economy needs not hidden charges!!!

I was in a bit of a rush to pick up a bouquet of lilies and was having trouble finding somewhere that had one ready to go. With about an hour notice I was able to get a very nice arrangement at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service and how the bouquet turned out. Thank you!

I purchased a flower arrangement today and my girl told me that when they were delivered, some of the flowers were wilted. When I called back to Flowers4U, they laughed and denied I will NEVER use this florist again. VERY rude and unprofessional...
