I would have given 5 stars, as this place did an exceptional job on my wifes wedding bouquet. However, after repeated visits prior to the event to iron out details and confirm the event date. My wife called the day before to confirm everything was good to go and to let them know my sister was going to be picking everything up, they proceeded to say that we told them the event was for 11/7/15...not 11/6/15. And that there was no way everything would be finished in time. This was unneeded stress, the day prior to our wedding. They did end up getting everything done on time, which is the reason for the 3 stars (and not 1). But still unacceptable and they should be more organized and pay more attention to details!
