Who doesnt love ice cream? Theres not a way to ruin ice cream unless theres a long, black hair in it, which is what happened to me today. I went into Coldstone excited about eating ice cream on a hot day, but when I went to order my favorite Cake Batter Ice Cream I noticed a long hair in the batch of ice cream. I motioned over the salesperson and explained that I could see a long, black hair through the glass, and her sarcastic response was, "Oh, good eyes." She proceeded to scoop out the hair and throw the contaminated ice cream in the garbage, but left the entire batch since it all wasnt "contaminated." She then used the same pair of ice cream scoops to serve ice cream to another customer in line. It was absolutely horrifying. I left the store without purchasing any ice cream. Hair shouldnt be a "mixin" in ice cream.

I absolutely love Cold Stone. However the customer service in this place is AWFUL!!! I asked for an ice cream a certain way and the server made a mistake so he had to toss it and he rolled his eyes at me and his facial expression told me he was very upset. It is too bad he did not listen to my order and made a mistake. I paid over &12 for my order and I should not have to settle for an ice cream made a way I didnt request it. I will continue to go to cold stone but not at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
