These people were complete crooks. My brother handed them his gift card for a balance check and it suddenly disappeared. The "manager" murat took our card. While looking for that, I hand his kid my other gift cards I had earned from a CHURCH class and he tells me all we have is .69 cents for 3 cards! I tell him to swipe again and mysteriously $5 more appears , but the other card is still only $.69 and the other is worth $0! BRAND NEW CARDS. Then their customer service was just flat out garbadge. Never offered a deal for the card they swiped for my bro, never said sorry, just blankly spoke in their Greek language so we couldnt understand them. This cold stone SUCKED!!! STAY AWAY FROM MURAT AND HIS STINGY, NO GOOD, ROTTEN, STEALING BUSINESS!

I love Coldstone but THIS is an insult. I was shocked at how much ice cream, sorbet, I was given.....or lack there of. I thought maybe I was over reacting but then I saw how much my husband received and felt ripped off. The guy, kid, then told me that they dont have brownies, to mix with the ice cream when I asked him if he had any to mix in the ice cream...I saw it after we paid! After we left, the ice cream, sorbet, was old as hell. Now I see why no one was in there. Nothing close to my moneys worth. Never again.

What a great dessert experience! Our family of 4 each built our own delicious treat to our individual liking, with the help of Cold Stones friendly staff. The prices and quality are superior to the other ice cream parlors in the downtown area. Stop in and enjoy one for yourself!

This store is great! My aunt and I visited there a couple of days ago and we both ordered dipped cones with two mixed scopes of ice cream with Oreos. We both agree that the taste was great! And the cost was reasonable too! Ill definitely visit there again for ice cream!

Came a couple months ago, sign says opens at 12 I go at 1215 on my thirty minute lunch and nobody is there until fifteen minutes later. I went today and Im told theres no more cookie dough , four months or something I cant understand him. How infuriating!

The ice cream is Quality Inn the Coldstone presentation with added ingredients is always entertaining. The price seems a little high to me for regular ice cream with some toppings, but most people dont seem to mind paying it.

The ice cream is smooth and fresh. The employees are fast and nice (wishing you a good day and stuff) good experience at this location! FYI its on a second floor, and it does have a restroom! :)

Very good customer service may get busy sometimes since they make your very own ice cream creation, but I love it that’s what makes this place special. I try to stop by once every week. : )
