The cashiers at this VONS are friendly but the rest of the folks...yeah not so much. Bakery staff & finally one supervisor that came in to help out, had no clue what they were doing. I called to order something from the bakery but when the person I spoke to in the bakery dept. had such a thick accent and unfortunately had no idea what i was asking for (something super simple by the way), I decided to just go to the store myself. I get there, and STILL she had no clue, and still I couldnt understand her. Cue the supervisor for all the good that did. I proceeded to go instead to buy the ingredients to make the item myself, and found that of course the store was out of what I needed. Poor selection, an overall disappointing trip to the foothill VONS.

Poor and slow pharmacy service . Learn how to service people. Eye contact, speak up maybe half smile or look at least look content. They looked like I was inconveniencing them coming here. At least make it fast, if I didnt have to wait this long I wouldnt have complained but 30+ mins for 1 basic order is a joke. I will however give a 5 star rating to the real staff at the vons, the checkers. Happy, fast service, ear to ear smile that bring others to smile. I thank you.

Went for the deli. Slow service, staff didnt know whats on the menu - they had to walk around the counter to read what came with my order more than once. Staff was condescending to every guest I saw interact with them. I went to grab a few groceries while there, and the prices were ridiculous. If youre not a member, expect to pay 2x what you would elsewhere, and if youre a member, expect to pay 1.5x. To be fair, the sandwich was pretty good, but I will not be returning.

Stopped by to get a sandwich from the deli. I found the service to be very good friendly and courteous. The lady at the deli area was nice to give me and idea of all the different types of Sandwiches she had available to make. I chose the roast beef with just about everything on it. It was a large size sandwich and very delicious. There is even a seating area where you can enjoy your meal at. Very nice clean location.

If you wanna get a sandwich real quick youre better off driving 10 more minutes to sub way. Theres like 6 people in the back and theyll all just look at you and hope you go away. It takes like 15 minutes of standing for anyone to even try to help. There catch phrase should be "just one moment" because thats all they say instead of helping you

They only open up one line regardless of how many people are waiting. If you cant wait or dont want to wait, go to anywhere else. They try to make you go through the self checkout but if you buy any alcohol, you have to wait in line. Expect to wait because no matter how many employees they have, they will not open another lane.

Getting expensive and they say they will open a new checkout line if there is more than 3 people, but when we questioned the manager he said, they will send someone ovef, but never did.

Vons in La crescenta and Tujunga have the best floral dept. Ihave ever seen .Even better then flower shops in the area.Theire very friendly and very helpful,and they do beautiful work.
