this is going to be a bad review, but I really hope this supermarket improves because it happens to be in my neighborhood and it seems to be much cleaner than the last market there (cordons ranch market) their produce seems to be subpar as I purchased 4 avacados for $1.00 and they all turned out to be bad. as for their butcher shop, the butcher does not understand or speak English. he had no idea what flanken ribs were. I dont know what management is thinking placing someone there that doesnt speak English. they have to realize that not all customers are going to be Armenian. please, I want you to succeed. correct these problems soon. if you are successful, your customers will be successful also.

Under new ownership. I do shop here regularly for convenience but it isnt my main store. Its 1.5 blocks away from my house. There are bargains here, produce and meats for example but the avocados are usually bad. The ethnicity of many of the foods are not mine but some I like. The staff is very friendly. I miss the smokehouse restaurant, maybe something will replace it that I like.

It was conveniently attached to Our Story Cafe so we popped in to buy lavash, hummus, babaganouj, olives and tarmasolata (sp?). Everything was pretty good, although the olives were a bit off, but cheap enough to toss and be okay with it.

Good deals, but you have to make sure you check expiration dates on things. A lot of cheese and meat is well past its expired date.
