I dont think its neither fair nor diplomatic for the advertising announcements to be made completely in Spanish. (I also hear complaints from others in our neighborhood) I understand there are people who come to your store and cannot speak good English or none at all, but in order to be fair the announcements should be interpreted. We are in America where the controlling language is English. Also, when Im trying to fine something in your store the workers on the floor I ask can’t even speak English. AT ALL! I dont like to feel that Im in another country, I love our country, my family has lived here since before slavery and I dont want to feel like Im an intruder within my own country. I needed some low-fiber foods due to upcoming surgery, but where to shop? One of the supermarkets in Lennox. I usually shop Whole Foods, or Sprouts. I recently wrote a research-based essay on the poor food options in low-priced supermarkets. Shopping in Northgate Market confirmed the points made in my research. I walked in, and noticed the smell of old seafood, meat, produce, and baked goods--yuck! On the plus side, the prices were very agreeable. Unusual for me, but I had to buy some white bread. In the bakery, I saw some bagged rolls with clearly visible mold on them. Do they expect shoppers to buy this stuff?! If youre on a very tight budget, or Food Stamps, you may, but its your choice.

Se tardaron mucho en un simple desayuno para mi nina y por ultimo les dije k me urgia k me dieran una pupusa .. Me encanta la tienda pero el sevicio de la cosina es muy pobre... Algunas. Empleadas saben hacer su. Trabajo otras la verdad k nesecitan saber como tratar al cliente.

Por que este Market necesita tener mas cajeras para cobrar por que la espera en la línea es de esperar por mucho tiempo por la razón que siempre hay abiertas dos cajas y hay mucha gente esperando en linea.

Siempre en el area de comida tratan a las personas de mal modo. Con apatia como si uno les fuera a pedir regalado y muy lentos para despachar en todo lo demas muy bien.

I like this Northgate. They have a tiny food court with good Mexican food and seating areas where you can eat. A great place to stop by for lunch. In addition to getting your grocery shopping done. :) The even have a nice salsa bar at the food court to put on your food.

Good store but they always have only a couple check out lanes open. Its frustrating when you only have a couple items and are behind someone with a cart full. I know they have a 13 items or less lane but people dont respect that sign.

The best thing about northgate is their variety on Latino/Hispanic products, and groceries. Besides their great selection of products, the employees are helpful and sincere. Everyone is welcoming and geniounley kind.

Good produce department for my health needs! The employees are wonderful and helpful. Jack fruit , burro bananas ,and guanabana (soursop) is my favorite. Im mainly there for the indigenous fruit and grains.

I purchase a corn cake it was expired it seemed some had just put another label with the expiration date. The lady where you pays bills is rude ..dont like this store rather go to the rosecrans one
