Ive Been shopping weekly here for the past 2 years because I love the weekly sales but this Thursday was the last time every visiting this location! I went straight to the deli as soon as I walked in. I noticed 2 people in front of me so i patiently waited. 10 minutes later i still havnt been approached by anyone of the deli employees. 15 minutes later my patience is completely GONE! I finally ask is anyone going to help me? Finally a man comes and asks what in would like. "A pound of black forest ham on spacial please" he proceeds to tell me in a confused face " black forest? How about maple ham we have that?" of course i tell him no because thats not what I want! Then he walked around to where i was and started starting at the meat confused. " uuuhhhh black forest ham, let me see" finally he goes back around and magically finds in right in front of his face! I grab my meat and Finish my shopping. As I was leaving i checked my receipt and they charged my $16 for the meat!!! I was like wait it was on sale for $7.99 so I go back to the cashier who sends me to the deli and says they will give you your refund. I go back wait in line for the deli again so i can get the proper price tag. And ask for my refund but of course he couldnt do it. So now im walking back and forth i finally get sent to the manager, who cant help me because he had a big string of snot coming out of his nose, Great! So he sends me to the cashier next to him. 10 minutes later this guy is still fighting with his computer for the refund. I let him know this is ridiculous, my boyfriend was now late to work and a simple grocery trip turned into an hour! And do I get an apology? NOOO of course now he is now talking to me rudely and telling me well its not his fault!!! The manager was standing right behind me and said absolutly nothing! They wasted 40 minutes of my time, overcharged me and were rude to me! I didnt get one sorry from ANY of the vons employees. I understand mistakes happen but thats not how you fix it! I wish i had gotten the name of the deli worker but he was African anerican with thick black glasses and a gotee.

Es un lugar muy bueno lo unico que no me gusta sincrramente es su manager en el departamento de carnes lo e saludado como 20 veces y nunca me regresa el saludo en cambio los demas son muy amables yo voy a diario a comprar comida para la parroquia de san Juan Crisóstomo a qui en Inglewood ademas miro como entran personas a robar cosas y eso a mi en lo personal me molesta que con mucha facilidad lo hacen otras de las cosas que me gustaría que mejorarán seria que al abrir una caja de cobro tomaran a las personas que tienen mas tiempo esperando en la linea

Inglewood Vons is the worst Vons Ive ever spent my money in. I go there anytime of the day or evening. the lines are long, only two or three Checkers or working and the lines are going up the aisles. Its dark in the store because the store is participating in some special program to save energy . the vegetables and fruit are overpriced and theyre half rotten. The employees are very nice I cant take that away from them. But, its just the worst store. But thats how they do it in the hood, when its predominantly black and brown families in the neighborhood. If we dont complain to corporate or whomever, then it stays this way.

This has got to be the slowest supermarket Ive been to. They usually only have two cashiers at a time and for some reason each transaction takes particularly long. This market is nearby so I do come in here to grab something quick. Their selection is okay-- there are some organic and healthier items available which is a plus and they often put items on sale. The customer service is friendly despite the slowness. Its open late which is also a bonus. There is a Starbucks in this location which is convenient if you want to get your morning or evening coffee, since this is the only one in the neighborhood.

This is a great location of the ubiquitous Vons chain. Its one of the largest, with an in-store Starbucks so big it has its own seating area. Theres a great deli and hot food area, stellar produce, and a fully stocked store chock full of the best Vons has to offer. You can redeem your reward points for gas at the gas station out front in the spacious parking lot -- for once, a parking lot with wide, easy-to-navigate lanes! Expect to take a few minutes at the front door if youre politically active, as there is usually a table with a wide selection of petitions to sign on relevant topics.

Ive been coming here for years, 12 years to be exact, but today I had the worst experience ever. There was a mistake with a product pricing and I was sent to Gus Vallejo for the adjustment. Vons needs to reconsider its employees. A manager should be able to talk to a person without yelling without raising their voice, and a calm manner. I asked him to adjust the price like the cashier said to and he started yelling off the bat in very rude and insulting manner, it wasnt just raising his voice, he was yelling at me for their pricing mistake. Im very disappointed in vons.

Good variety of produce and food selections. Quality of vegetables is not very consistent. I come here weekly for grocery shopping because it has everything I need and is 5 minutes from my house. The downside is that they usually only have 3 checkout stands open. Lines are always long and slow. They have 1 or 2 rotating baggers so in the last month I have packed my own groceries 2 out of the 4 times I was there. I always say I never going back but due to the convenience, I find myself spending more time in line than shopping around.

My husband and I wanted to buy beer, it was the first time we entered this store, the cashier asked for my ID so I showed it to him and my husband gave me the money, then asked for my husbands, my husband showed it to him and He told us that he could not sell the beer, one that according to his ID was expired and another that was Hispanic (I am), we ended up leaving work, the last thing I wanted was to fight so I took my things and left. It was the only place where they refused ID. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

This particular location seems to have a hard time adhering to the corporate policy of three or more in line will activate another check checkstand this happens quite frequently on my visits I asked the manager on duty and was informed that the only additional person scheduled as cashier had called in sick suggestion would be to always schedule an additional person qualified to work cashier but at a lower rate a very bad look for a store thats located in a predominantly ethnic area

I walked into Vons to pick up an order I made and there was another customer waiting. I waited 5 minutes for the staff to assist me and she wouldnt come to the front so I went to get ice cream, came back and the staff still didnt assist the other customer after waiting 10 minutes she claimed she didnt have my cake when I called the same number it said under the location I called. I left after waiting a total of 30 minutes when there was only two of us waiting
