Never had a problem returning anything at Walgreens before. Here I was treated like a thief or something. First he offered me a store credit of $3 for something I spent $11 on, and then he completely refused to accept it as a rerun altogether based on the fact that it wasnt purchased at that exact location. Since when has that ever mattered? I hope this return was worth the permanent loss of my business

The worst pharmacy Ive been to in my life, stupid and slow cant describe this place. If you want to have a lot of problems come to this place. Well, they kinda reprieved their selves today and only had me wait 1 1/2 hours enstead of the 4 hours they told me at first. I dont know what to say, only that they had me stressed at first.

The wait on either drive thru or inside service is not a good reference, they need to get more hands or conduct a Rapid Continuous Improvement(RCI) and see whats the cause of this long wait on all aspects,I dont even try calling the phone cause there is always a long wait or no response.

I spoke with a young man named Michael and he was very polite and courteous to me over the phone. He researched some items I needed and was very respectful and made good substitution for some items. I always liked this store. Always had good shopping experiences.

The wait for your prescription is very long..I waited in the drive thru for 45mins with only one car in front of me! And I could see thru the window there was only one customer that particular day on the inside..smh...they need to do a lot better

The drive thru pharmacy is an inconvenience .......they dont acknowledge you untill 20 mins later and even then they say they will be with you in a moment and it still takes about 15 -20 more minutes .... smh horrible!

December 18th, 2016 Store closed before its actual closing time. Bad store management. Multiple Customers here trying to get in. But they closed the register early. Bad business. Shareholders arent happy.
