I would like to just say that the workers here ARE NOT racist and people need to understand that this particular CVS has been hit hard by robberies. I happened to be here when a robbery occurred. We all get scrutinized no matter the color of our skin. I get that. People need to stop being so quick to point fingers and calling everyone a racist. I will say the store needs to be cleaned up on the outside but lets stop with the racist rants. The pharmacy treats me with respect always - The manager of the store is probably on edge due to the store being robbed so much. I admit, he can be a little grumpy as he is not always pleasant to me when I walk in and I am White. Again, has nothing to do with color of skin. Can you imagine working there and dealing with being robbed? One never knows what will happen the next time - will they use a gun and hurt someone? Sad that this is happening at that store.

This is by far the worst CVS Ive ever been to in terms of both service and quality. We used this location to get money orders so we can pay our rent and the employees working here are constantly either rude or dont know what theyre doing. Now they all of a sudden decided to not do money orders anymore, which is fine, but proceed to be snooty and rude about it. After returning home I called the store and asked to talk to a manager just to simply ask if they officially stopped doing money orders at that location and they hung up on me; twice. The young girl working there does nothing but laugh at you if you have a question. Extremely displeased with this place, its employees, and its lack of customer service. If youre looking for polite people who help out, this is not the place. Absolutely disgusted and offended at how I am treated at this location.

The service at this location is horrible. I have been standing in the pharmacy line for over 40 minutes. My 3 year old son needed to use the restroom so I asked the pharmacy tech and his response was "walk that way" I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come and unlock the restroom. No one showed up so I went to the front of the store to let them know how long I had been waiting for. About 3 minutes later I guy is walking up doesnt say a word to me and opens the door. The restrooms are filthy and the toilet doesnt even flush! My son left them a well deserved surprise! Still standing in the pharmacy line only because my son really needs his medication. The whole store looks a mess. Someone should be hired to vacuum. This is the worst cvs Ive been to!

I will never shop at this CAN again because of how I was treated by the racist manager in duty at the time Mr. Hung Song. I am going to write a letter as well as file a discrimination claim to the Corporate Office and the CEO of the company. My boyfriend and I just went in to CBS to use their restroom and the ATM machine. Please be advised that if you are young African American couple and you shop at thithis CBS be aware that you will get harassed by the ignorant racist Manager Hung Song and his fellow pharmisist Howard who by the way both of these men are of Asian decent. This is a good example of how stupidly and ignorance can get you into a lot of trouble.

First thing I do tomorrow is change pharmacies. Either pharmacists are slow and lazy or theyre just down right stupid! Why would anyone have to wait over an hour at the drive up window for one prescription and then be told I had to wait another 20 minutes in addition to the hour? During this time others at the drive up window were getting their prescriptions filled after I pulled to the side of the driveway. Do not use this pharmacy! The 3 times I pulled up to the window, I was told there was 2 people ahead of me. 3 times???

the pharmacy is ok if you call ahead 2 days or more for your needs. Most of the ladies are very nice and helpful. Only one of the guys is helpful. But they are probably understaffed and stressed out. On the other hand the front of the store SUCKS, employees (all most all) are dumb as a bag of rocks and not really customer friendly including the managers. I only go here because my insurance insists

They Need to hire more staff. I understand the need to keep costs down, but when you have people waiting, its best to serve them in a timely matter. It seems this franchise location didnt get the memo. Save a headache and your money; go elsewhere.

I like this CVS because its open 24 hours (store only) it does have restroom for customers and in my experience it was clean. However there is always a line at checkout and they need to realize that this is a popular CVS and more staff is required.

Customer service is awesome. The manager is always nice, cashiers are extremely polite and helpful. I love this CVS!! Theres another CVS closer to my house, but rather drive an extra half of mile just because of the great service.
