Just had a most wonderful experience, after being cut off/hung up on/left on hold so long the phone rolled over to a dead line by two other stores! I was doing a price check on a product, and BRENNAN at Stater Bros. (store #147 on Adams Ave. in Huntington Beach) was so persistent in locating the exact product Im looking for, informing me of the usual price AND the fact that the item is currently on sale, I told him Id hire him because of his exceptional customer service.... I also asked to speak to his manager, so I could tell her -- CYNTHIA -- the same thing! And... Ill drive right past those other stores to shop at STATER BROS. because of the attention given to customers by their awesome staff! Give that young man a raise and promotion!

My favorite place to shop, very accommodating by stocking things I request. The produce Manager Jonathon is always very hands on and friendly. Love all the cashiers they are all very helpful. Kelly and Sal are my favorite in the meat department. Love seeing Charla, always with a smile and very helpful. Not too sure about the guy who took Jesses place as store manager doesnt seem very approachable or friendly yet.

If youre looking for an inexpensive grocery store in HB, this is it. Between this place and the Sprouts right across the street, I get a lot of great groceries for a good price. Service is always friendly. Store is clean. All is well.

This market has a great selection of organic items. They even have canned garbanzo beans with no added chemical preservatives. They always call additional checkers when needed so you get in and out quickly. I love STATER BROS.

No self-checkout stations. Their prices arent great, and I hope they dont skyrocket now that the Ralphs across the street is closed. I stopped shopping at that Ralphs because they charged double the typical price.

Very busy, not enough checkers. New line opened and took women who just walked up. I had been in line over 10 min. Not improving customer service. Ive been a customer since store opened, getting discouraged.
