Used to love vons. I shop there solely for their organic produce and meat. The last 3 times Ive gone, the produce was old, even had bugs buzzing around the soggy sweet potatoes, the zucchini were floppy, and to top it off, customer service was a zero. The checkout girl did not even say hello, I had to ask her how SHE was doing, and even had to bag my own groceries without any help from her or anyone else. To make it even more infuriating, she wouldnt stop the conveyor belt seeing that I was overloaded with groceries trying to bag them myself!!!! I had things falling on the floor and she still didnt care! My husband and I were floored. She then, waited until I was done bagging my own stuff, and had the gull to ask if I needed anything else????? OMG!!!!!!!!!! I have never wanted to slap someone like I wanted to that day. NEVER GOING BACK. My husband called the manager after we got home, and he is not the complaining type, they just said sorry, we were understaffed today.... what the heck???? So what? That store is always understaffed with long lines, something needs to change, Vons! Geeze

The store layout is OK, but the costumer service sucks!!! The current store manager, David Lee, is professional and accommodating, however, the remaining managers are just awful, especially the female managers! Im a loyal costumer of 25 years, and recently I clipped several coupons on Vons website which is just another option Vons offers to get your coupon savings without having to cut out and bring the physical coupon to the store. Well, after I ran my card through the machine, I realized the coupons were never credited to my card. It that my fault? NO, obviously Vons website needs some serious work/maintenance which the manager I discussed the situation with fully agreed. STILL, she insisted I go home and print out the coupon, and bring it to the store!! Unbelievable - I will NEVER EVER shop at this store again!!

Expensive and getting more expensive. Over the past 3 to 4 years service has been going downhill. The store is constantly being remodeled. It is very annoying because it makes it tough to find what you need. Also, product is changed out often, so you may not always find everything you need. The store is clean and people are nice, but the general management of the mediocre. If it is convenient, shop there, but shopping somewhere else may be worth a little inconvenience.

I kinda have to go to Vons, I have to fill my fridge some way. At least Vons has everything! I can shop for food and harmful chemicals to clean my house with. I can choose between what alcohol im going to drown my sorrows with and what birthday card I want to send to an aunt I havent talked to in years. Maybe I want to buy a collar for my dog or pick up some fish for my annoying vegetarian friend. You name it, they probably have it!

Vons is the most amazing floral designer Ive ever encountered! Last weekend, my horrible horrible florist (Debbie from Floral Fields) nearly ruined my wedding day by delivering the most pathetic bridal bouquet Ive ever seen. For a nominal cost, Mandy completely reworked my bouquet and made it the one I dreamed of! I was so excited to bring her special treats as a thank you today! You cant go wrong with this girl!

Always easy finding what I need, and always someone nearby to help find what I cant on my own. Brandee, in particular, on the register is always helpful and nice whenever were there. My family and my go-to place for everything we need from afternoon to midnight.

This Vons store on Lincoln in Anaheim is the absolute best. The store is always clean and well stocked . The personnel are friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to help and make suggestions when needed. I go out of my way to go to this store.

Not enough cashiers. Cashiers werent efficient at all and were talking to guests too much. They didnt seem to care about huge queues with 5-10 people in each and no express lane was open. Would not shop here again.

Good Ole Vons, bringing that fire for a while now. When your looking for some $9 spinach leaves brought in by a Mexican dude with a truck stacked higher than the cab with spinach leaves Vons got that work for you

The restroom smelled so terribly rancid. I wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt cleaned for a few days. The customer service could be described as very poor and unfriendly. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

They have everything- all you need in a grocery store and great deli, excellent craft beer by the bottle, solid wine selections, olives, soups, sandwiches, great florist. Excellent service!

This vons is the worst for customer service. Espeically for those falling under the ADA. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS. the management will support the employes bad behavor.

I like the floral department. Sara does a wonderful job making the single rose bouquets I give for teacher appreciation days, etc. I like the selection of organic produce here.

I loved it, they have an amazing skatepark I like BMX and there is a perfect place to put your skills into practice besides being one of the best brands of shoes and clothes.

I like the meat department, no doubt about it but the produce, vegetables to be precise, is no so good as other supermarkets. Also, theres a Starbucks inside which is nice.

Big clean vons which has some manager deals. This store often has some sort of managerial clearances so you can get some really cheap prices on certain things.
