Terrible experience. Stopped at this location on my way to work, I normally shop the Placentia location and like it very much. The State College location is clean enough inside, appears to be in stock, but the staff was rude and have no customer skills whatsoever. I had my arms full of things to buy and was actively pulling something off a shelf when a girl with a broom came up to me, stopped, and asked me to move so she could continue sweeping. When I was floored and asked if she couldnt have gone around me as I am the customer, she rudely said, no, my manager told me to sweep every inch of this aisle. So either she is dumb with no common sense and/or she hasnt been trained on any facet of customer service. Either way, I will not be shopping this location ever again.

Terrible costume service the cashier (name on receipt Andrea V.) or bagger stunk of weed and all she did was clown around with the bagger, who dropped a few of my items joking around with her. When I called to complain another employee answered and when I said I was calling to complain they hung up on me..... Beautiful store but terrible employees....

Worst customer service across the board at this location. Very rude employees at the deli and checkouts. They greet who they want to and thank who they want to as well . Ive never experienced a consistent negative experience at any other location across the OC than I have at this location. Ill not shop here again .

With exception of a few checkers, this is one of the most unfreindly Stater Bros. The stockers leave their carts in the middle of the isles and act as if they are unconvinced if you need something from that area. Very few hellos from the employees.

This Stater Brothers remodeled last year & it looks great! Of course I wish it was much bigger, like some of the ones Ive been to in Corona. Theyre deli section could be better.

Great service in the meat department on State College and La Palma in Anaheim. they were out of tri-tip so he pulled out a big tri tip. trimmed it and packaged it for me
