I called Henrys with a simple question to check if they carry a certain brand of potato chips. I was placed on hold to transfer to groceries. 10 minutes later a lady answers and asks what I need. I told her I just want to see if they carry the chips and she says "Ill transfer you to groceries" at which point I hang up to call again and explain to that same person that Ive already been on hold for 10 minutes. She apologies and transfers me to the manager in groceries. He immediately picks up and I ask him about the chips. Hes rude and short with me and says "Let me check" and puts me on HOLD, once again. 7 minutes later yet ANOTHER lady answers the phone asking what I need. Are you kidding me?? If youre keeping track, that is 4 different people that Ive spoken with already. I explain to her that all I want to know is if they carry potato chips and she says "oh i saw the manager checking in the isle. you know what, let me go check for you" hold again. she came back within 30 seconds and answered my question but wow. I will go elsewhere to Trader Joes or Sprouts in Brea. Forget Henrys, its not worth it. Very disappointed.

I love sprouts and have been to many in my area and this is by far the worst one. Being the closest to my house, I go here often for deli sandwiches before the beach or just to grab a few things for dinner. Every time we go, the deli clerks are unfriendly when I have a question or enquire about the daily special, which more often then not they say they dont have one, yet EVERY sprouts is supposed to, hence the name "daily" special. When my favorite checkers arent working its always a bummer because most of them are unfriendly and unhappy. I also rarely have a pleasant experience when the meat clerks help with customer sevice. Sprouts should be ashamed of this location.

About 3 months ago i went to sprouts to find an energy booster, so naturally i pace the vitamins isle looking for something that satisfies my needs. I asked the asian lady covered in tatoos if she had anything that wasnt "gypsy nonsense". She responds with and extrememly disrespectful tone and demands that i leave "her isle". Now everytime i come in to buy my "post workout protien grab", she follows me down the isles, bent at a 45 degree angle , making this disturbing face and making me feel very uncomfortable being in the same store. While everyone else is amazingly nice, their hard work -in my mind- has been brought down by this unsettling and disrespectful lady.

Fine to shop for those items you cant find in regular stores. I wish they would better define the deli protocol for sandwich ordering. First time: Me: Id like a... Deli Guy: Fill out the form! (pointing to forms on the counter) Me: ah, ok. Next time: Just tell us what you want but fill the form, too LAST TIME: Were out of (some kind) of bread Me: No worries, Id like a roll (fill out form) 15 minutes later, the sandwich area is completely restocked, sparkling clean but my order slip is still on the counter. DONE WITH THESE MORONS. WHY NOT CLEARLY DEFINE YOUR PROTOCOL FOR SANDWICH ORDERING?? They have wonderful sandwiches, Id sure like to get one some day.

I love Henrys as they offer everything under the sun for all of my dietary needs. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I have never had a reason to go elsewhere for all that I need. Unfortunately, they very rarely answer their phones and that can get a bit frustrating at times, especially when I try to save myself a trip to the market and call to see if the "sold out" item I am looking for, has been restocked. Other than that, it is a great store, great staff and top notch stock, plus more... I give this store an A

You just have to love shopping at the store the stuff they sell is fantastic I think they could improve their selection on some of the box items thing but great great stuff and the store itself could be improved like fresh n Easy have self checkout lanes I love shopping there just wish they had what this store has for merchandise.

I truly love sprouts. I always come for the fresh sandwiches. The lady behind the counter who makes these masterpieces, always makes them with love! They have some specialty organic items you can t find in other markets. Great service and convenient. Come to this one at leas once a week, and there is good reason why.

Awesome, awesome grocery store! Love this place!! Bulk food section is huge. Lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free. Milk with the cream on top, in a glass bottle!
