Im getting married and A pocket full of petals was on the referral list from my venue. My Fiancé and I went and met with Anne. I had no idea that this was a little building in the middle of the parking lot! I admit that I was skeptical at first, but after meeting with Anne I was blown away. She asked me about how I wanted my wedding to look, what my colors were, favorite flowers, budget etc. After I told her everything she started pulling flowers from the buckets out front and came back and within minutes pieced together a beautiful bouquet. She also did the same to show a mock up of the centerpieces and other flower arrangements I needed. Not only did she take the time to go over everything with me, she took me online to pick out the exact colors of each flower choice I wanted. Whats better is that her prices cant be beat! I was so impressed I added on 6 additional arrangements to line the aisle for the ceremony. She came in about $300 UNDER my original asking price (even after delivery fees and taxes) and thats saying a lot since we added on all additional flowers!!! I cant wait to see how they turn out.

I had my husband go to your place today to order a wrist band flower for tomorrow for the father daughter dance. He only wanted to place an order. The girl working was very rude. She told him to wait while helping another customer which was totally fine. When she finally did get to him she said that she had a rush order and he would have to wait 20min. He only wanted to place an order.She handed him a form to have him fill out. What the **** does he know about ordering flowers? He wanted someone to help him. Then she made a rude comment to the other customer regarding him "It may be an emergency but he is just going to have to wait" Again, he just wanted to place an order!!! At that point he left and came home and vented to me. This is not the same experiences I have had at your establishment. I guess you just lost another customer. Thank You Very Much.

I called to order an arrangement for my wife for mothers day, being previous flower shop owners of the Bloomin Flower Basket in Lancaster ca. We have been in the industry for many years and I definetly was not happy with the arrangement my wife received and neither was she, I spent $50 and the arrangement consisted of 1 hydrangea, 2 Gerber daisies, 2 carnations, and some green filler, definetly not worth the value, and then the guy that delivered them knocked on the door handed my daughter the arrangement and turned around and walked away, I will not be a returning customer and will definetly not recommend this shop to anyone else.
