If I could rate this florist a 0 I would!!! Horrible costumer service! My husband placed an order for roses to be delivered for Valentines Day with special instructions. They were to be delivered to my son’s teacher at his school so that when I arrived to his class party tomorrow I would be surprised by my son holding these flowers from his daddy who is currently deployed in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, the surprise was ruined thanks to Christy and her staff. She failed to forward the instructions to the driver who then delivered the flowers to the school office. The office clerk then called me to let me know that I had received a delivery from my husband and my flowers would be in the office for me for pick up. WHAT!? That was thought. My husband tried calling from Afghanistan to speak to them about the entire situation, because he couldn’t understand what went wrong. I then called and spoke to the Manager, Norma or Christy was her name. From the moment she said hello I could tell she was not happy. To my surprise her apologies were not sincere; she was defensive during the entire phone call. I asked for a full refund and of course she told me there was nothing she could do. She continued to blame the driver and still not taking full responsibility for their error. She even said “I told your husband I could send you some chocolates”…Really? Don’t get me wrong, I understand mistakes happen, but when the customer is paying a pretty penny (cause we all know how expensive roses are on this day), not to mention a million miles apart from your spouse, you expect stellar service and yes even if it’s the busiest day of the day for them. I hope the flowers are beautiful at least, but sadly that won’t even matter no more…Thanks Corona Florist and Happy Vday to you too.

Tired from having the same boring choices and customer service from certain Flower Shop chains whose name starts with Con* and since my "friend" live near the area, I decided to call them up. I wanted to impress my "friend" but after reading Flowers for Dummy articles, I just got more confused and I didnt want to send her the wrong message by sending wrong flowers, color, etc... The shop owner was very helpful and patient in helping me with that. After all, she must have helped thousands others with my same predicament. My "friend" loves the flowers, she said her co-workers also compliments on how classy it looks (I think I got points for this.) The Roses had also lasted more than 2 weeks now and still looking good, unlike flowers I sometime bought from Supermarket (ok, Im cheap sometime.) Overall, a great experience, Corona Florist really delivered, pun intended. Five stars if the price was a bit less but I guess you get what you pay for. I just hope that they didnt send a Casanova to deliver my flower who may try to steal my girl from me!

My boyfriend is in the army and he used a florist at his base in Seattle to send me flowers for Valentine. What he ordered was a dozen of red roses. What I received was a mix bouquet of lilies and carnations. I called the number on the card and it turn out that the shop in Seattle wired the order to Corona Florist with the wrong product number. I talked to Nesa, the owner of Corona Florist. Instead of blaming it on the other shop, she was very nice and replace my order with a dozen of red roses. I knew that they are extremely on Valentine day and for them to take the time and effort to replace my arrangement is excellent customer service!!! I will make sure that my boyfriend order from this shop directly instead of going through some other shops.

I ordered flowers for my mom who is visiting family in Corona for her birthday, I live in Virginia. I ordered them yesterday & the lady on the phone was very patient & helpful. I asked for them to be delivered around 11-12 PM. My Mom sent me pictures 20 minutes to eleven. They were early & the arrangement looked like the deluxe version & i only ordered standard. They were beautiful. I live on the other side of the country & I would trust Corona Florist again in the future! Defenitally worth every penny!

Its rarely for me to give out ratings, but this is an exception. The service of the shop is an exceptional: energetic, caring, helpful, and lots of choices for beautiful, fresh flowers. When I asked the shop manager what kind of flowers to buy for my wifes birthday, she was kindly give her advices with a caring manner. On the other hand, the price is very reasonable. Ill definitely recommend this shop to any one I know of.

I usually do not give reviews and ratings, but I made an exception in this case because Corona florist went above and beyond, when I had an urgent order for a special occasion. I was looking for some very specific flowers at a last minute notice and they called their suppliers to see if it could be arranged. I had tried a few other florists in the area, but had given up hope after everyone said no. Thank you Corona florist!!!

Anesa, as usually you did a great job!! Whenever my honey called you to send me (post office) flowers the arrangement and colors are exceptionally beautiful. Everyone in the office want to have the flowers on their desk :-).....I loved them. When asked where to get flowers I dont hesitate, I recommend your shop. I have yet to be disappointed. Thank You and keep up the great work.

Do not use this florist their flowers and work are sub par! Actually awful we were so embarrassed by memorial spray we took banner with our name off of it as to not be associated with it! One of the girls wouldnt pay her share it was that bad! When I spoke with manager she admitted to designing the spray and said she stood behind her work! Sad ! Will be calling FTD

I forgot to send my sister a birthday card and needed some help with a quick gift. The person who helped me (Dee, I think) was so very helpful and patient with my questions. The arrangement arrived when promised and was absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much for making me look like a rock star.

I am using this florist for over 23 years now, i have used them for my wedding, anniversary and my childrens birthdays and prom, they have the best flowers and customer service is very helpful. I strongly recommend using them. :-)

Was very disappointed with my arrangement! Was much smaller than actually told and there were only two roses instead of three. Paid $55 and will not be going here again!
