Finally a market that caters to many of the smaller ethnic cultures that reside in southern Cali! Whether Vietnamese, Jamaican, African, Hispanic or you just want some fresh fish this is the place to shop! Im here atleast once every two weeks picking up some Jamaican foods or products. Keep in mind that it gets crowded on the weekend and they close Chinese New Year!

I love this little market!! Im a Southern girl and love boiled peanuts and had not been able to find anywhere in Southern CA since moving here until....I found this great store. I love it for all finding all of my Asian cooking needs as well. I found rice paper tortilla sized wraps!! They have a Banana sauce that is amazing!! Great little hidden gem.

Big variety of fresh fish. Shrimp and crab always look healthy and good but I go here for the Tilapia. They will fry up fish which is what I like. The prices are very reasonable and they always have some interesting international foods I like to try especially sweet and sour sauces and various packaged noodles.

In addition to a variety of fish there are shellfish and live blue crab. I visited Datmoi for crab, shrimp and clams for a crab boil. I was also able to purchase the bag of crab boil seasoning for a great price. There are a decent amount of foreign groceries and produce. They will also fry the fish you purchase.

Its a nice place cause you can find a lot of African and Asian produce and food that you dont find anywhere else. It sucks because the checkout can be so slow. Otherwise, nice place to shop.
