Look out Bevmo! Theres competition in town now. Such a wide range of alcoholic beverages! I just hope they stay on top of the craft beer and keep new selections coming in to keep everyone curious and coming back. The feel of the store is just so much nicer than the local Bevmos. Seems a lot better organized and the store just feels more welcoming. Even the employees seem more positive, cheery, and willing to help. The sampling stations are awesome! I always enjoyed going in on Fridays while I was in Albuquerque and trying something new and possibly even buying a bottle for myself. I hope this store lives up to all its expectations. Im also hoping this Total Wine is the same as the one in NM where you could grab a bottle out of one of the 6-packs to put in your own mix6. But I was too shy to try on opening weekend. So why the missing star? While I dont feel entitled to a military discount every place I go, it is quite nice to have and I received it while in Albuquerque, so why not this location? Theres not even a big military base around like that one and you wont lose that much money from doing so. If anything its a nicety and you help out the handful of veterans. Maybe theyll change their minds after they get past the grand opening, well see. Cheers!

They have a large selection of the oddest wines and beers Ive ever seen. Most of the wine selection is average with alot of unknown wines tossed in a value prices. I bought some of these to try, but they were quite average / below average wines. Dont believe any of the hand written reviews. Know what you want before you go there or else youll probably be disappointed. For example I asked for a Grenache and they had like 5 bottles in otherwines way in the back. If you want standard Cabs, Chards and Zins- they seem to have a decent selection but again lots of odd wineries Ive never heard of. Ill keep going to BevMO where they have a better selection of higher quality wines.

You guys went from 5 stars to 1 real quick. First of all I was bringing a new customer into your store to show her how awesome it was and we were treated like criminals... the bald manager talked to us like we were stupid and when we asked where the champagne was we were told we should know since we walked around the store so much. Honestly the prices are not great enough to have service that terrible. I loved this place up until now. You have lost my service and I will never recommend this again. Bye Felisha!

I honestly like this place way more than BevMo, but the thing is the people are not that warm and inviting when I went. They were doing tastings for beer and wine, and they never even asked if I would like to join. Cashiers were a little slow even though it was only a couple of items. I feel because they are so new, they need to figure out all kinks. The location is new so its clean and bright. I will definitely come back because of the huge variety of drinks there.

This new liquor store is a nice departure from the usual Bev Mo superstore experience. The shop is clean and relaxed. There is currently a lot of friendly staff willing to answer your questions. Tons of selection in all of the usual liquor categories. Prices are decent, and there are bargains to be found. They also have a cigar area if you like that. Basically, its Bev Mo if they cared what they looked like and didnt hire people who didnt want to be there.

Great find. Had what I was looking for and much more. Echo what another reviewer wrote that the price is close to "Costco" price for a much larger selection. Has everything from budget booze to the more pricey. Not sure why some "low star" reviews mention the staff, as really in a place like this their job is to stock the shelves for you, not recommend a drink (thats a barmans job). So look around and choose for yourself.

Great selection and very helpful staff. I go to Total Wine for their beer selection, and they frequently get the more rare beers, but whether you can catch them on the shelf before they run out is a different story. Pricing on the beers are retail and are not marked up. Most beer is fresh, but for some styles like IPAs you may want to check the bottling date as I have come across a couple that were past the 90 day mark.

This store has great prices on beer, wine, and spirits. They have a great selection of everything, and have beer/wine tastings on weekends. This is definitely my favorite location, because they have great tasting sessions hosted by my favorite Northern California breweries. They also have a bottle chiller, so you can have anything they sell chilled prior to making your purchase.

First of all, the reviewer who gave one star due to prices is missing the point of this store. The selection is far better than any other of its kind (at least up here in the Bay area). There are hard to find items that are worth the price. Wish we had more stores in Northern CA. And no, Im not paid to say this, I just thought it was funny someone compared this store to Costco

Great beer selection and good pricing. A lot of stuff from outside of the US that is available here that I could not previously find at Bevmo. Super high end selection (like stuff in the 5 figures doesnt seem to be available like in the Vegas store) but for everyone else on a regular budget, excellent selection of spirits from regular bottles to premium

Ive ordered online for pickup, and also just gone into the store to browse and directly purchase things I saw online. Both experiences were easy, and the selection is much better than Bevmo. The staff are generally not as knowledgeable as K&L, but if you know what you want or are willing to take a little more of a gamble, you can find some great deals here.

Beautiful looking store, amazing selection and great prices. Staff is very nice, helpful and polite. After hearing horror stories about how Bev Mo treats their employees, Im happy to know I never have to shop there again! BTW, would still choose TW&M over BM, regardless. Better selection, better prices, better looking store!

Helpful staff, huge selection, nice store close to lots of other services. Only downside is that it is pricey. Maybe a little more so than BevMo or grocery store. Sign up for their rewards program to make it more palatable.... not to say they dont have some deals, they do. Just on average more expensive ...

Would rate is 5 stars but I think their ID policy is doing a little too much, I cant even go in with my girlfriend because her license is expired. So they rather not sell me a bottle with my hard earned money? Its bad for business, thats why sometimes I rather go bevmo for their wine.

This place is billed as an ultra modern wine and liquor store I went out of my way to come to to buy something I saw online AT THIS STORE. They didnt have it and were kind of rude about the whole thing. I wont be returning, and dont recommend going. Unorganized and unhelpful.
