I like BJs Wholesale Club, and the Portland and Bangor locations are awesome, but this one has the rudest customer service sometimes. It really is hit or miss. The other day, we got a tire quote on the least expensive tires we could get, and it seemed sort of high, so we checked with the Bangor location who quoted us about 80 dollars less for the same job and, yes, a different, less expensive brand of tires. I understand that this is a smaller location of the club, but they can still order the same tires as any other location. I firmly believe that they tried to "upsell" us to a more pricy brand. Later on, we called member services at this club, and the call was answered by a manager, Lori, who was very argumentative on the phone with me. The minute I voiced my concern, she started to basically ream me out and list out excuses of why the quote was higher. I firmly believe as a member of the club, something like this should not vary by location by that large of a dollar amount. She basically responded that it was "just the way it is." This is no way to treat a paying member, and honestly, if I did not know that other locations of Bjs had better service, Id probably cancel my membership over this. There are some very good people working here, but some that are not so great at customer service. Avoid this location and go to Bangor or Portland BJs instead.

I love this store! Great place to buy things in bulk & they accept manufactures coupons. They also offer most items to be shipped to your home. Diapers always ship free as well and I love the store brand diapers.

No Customer service Via phone calls at all !! No one ever answers the phone ever !!! Tried to see if the tv i want is in stock and not going to waste gas if they dont have it so I am buying somewhere else!

Huge bulk options for everything which gives you a much better net price, you must have a membership or be with someone who has a membership to shop here.
