BJs on State Rd. is understaffed in all areas consistently. Yesterday 9/12/13 on a Thursday I assumed would be a better day rather than Mon.-Wed. which I prefer less customers but lots of empty shelves. To my dismay there was one cashier for unlimited # of purchases & 8 items or less where u can purchase cigs. Well 2 people ahead of me had at minimum 20 items. ?d why they were allowed to be at that register - answer - Only one register open & line was tooo long so customers were told to go to 8 items or less!! I had 3 items & the line behind me had 2-7 items. I could not purchase the Newman coffee - out of stock - asked front desk - in any day -didnt help me yesterday. Advil always in stock - just no help to stock shelves - Unacceptable - if I did not just renew my membership I would say soooo long!!!

Yeah, what is wrong with BJs? I have yet to see an "express" checkout line (and even though object of store is numerous bulk sales, anyone who waits in line for 1-2 expensive (or not) items becomes thoroughly irritated. Used to be fun to shop there, but not anymore -- or at least not BJs in Dartmouth. PLUS, the prices are not exactly earth shakingly reduced ... $20 off a TV, when you can get on-line, have it delivered to your door? Cmon.

Crowded every weekend as expected, will take you at least 30 minutes before they can cash you out... (pictures from the deli area early am) good people, staff always willing to help, (unless you work at the little podium by the registers and refuse to talk to customers...) then you find the guy from the tire department going above and beyond to help us! Chris we appreciate you! but other than that 5 stars!

This is the worst BJs within 15 miles of Fall River Mass that I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible, to get anybody on the phone is a joke!!! They just keep passing you from department to department until somebody hangs up on you!!! Anybody that has to call to check on something or is going to go shopping at BJs I would pick any other BJs in the area unless you want to headache.

Shopping was good but the pizza at the food court was so bland it taste like cheese on cardboard hardly any tomato sauce no oregano garlic taste. The teenage boy there should not be making it from scratch and leave it for a real chef to prep.

Love it it has the best prices ive seen so far you can basically find everything there the products are new and its quality is the best i really reccommend you whoever is reading this to go over there

The cashiers are great!! Prices could be cheaper. Need more variaty in the cafe hot food section. Most of customers that shoo there are moody and Miserable! Dont loke them mich.

A decent place but you have to know your prices . Sometimes theyre more expensive than a regular supermarket and youre buying in bulk.
