Im a member, stopped for gas at Plymouth location. Sign said members $258.9, nonmembers pay $277.9. Accepted my BJs card, accepted my credit card, and was charged $278.9! Sales girl made numerous phone calls over 15 minutes, was not allowed to give me a refund or credit my card with the difference. My only recourse was to go into store to customer service. Id already wasted enough time, and you know what the line is like at 5:30 PM. Ill write a letter. Can you imagine with the volume they do, how much money they steal charging nonmembers an extra cent per gallon and members nonmember prices! How many people even get a receipt, never mind check it. If somehow an error is made, it needs to be easily corrected on the spot, otherwise they are nothing but thieves.

I love BJs for their selections and great savings! I just spent over $400 and I am stocked up for the season. I only Wish the isles were marked better. Especially at the back end. Having bad legs, Id appreciate anything that would save me time and steps.

The selections are usually items we use on a regular basis. Savings are good but get better with store coupons. The store is always clean and seems to be well staffed. We always have a good shopping experience.
