Service doesnt get any more efficient or friendly then this. I walked in and drove out in the vehicle of my dreams........ the whole process took 21/2 hours. They processed the loan at a incredible 4.99 rate, explaining everything to me as the process progressed, completed ALL of the DMV registration paperwork, and allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic to check before purchasing. The sales staff, as well as the lovely office manager, Chadera ensured a smooth running operation from the application, to the loan paperwork, to ownership process. They even helped me set up electronic bill pay with the bank. I couldnt have been any more pleased with the whole process. Thank you so much David, Hemid, Cire, Chadera and the excellent mechanical skills of Artemio. My next vehicle will be from Auto 110 ! ! !

I purchased a car back in November and the damn transmission was going out right after I purchased it. I called the dealer and customer service was/is horrible. They always seem like you are bothering them. They knew the car had transmission problems and tried to tell me I had only a 3 month warranty and I actually have a 6 month warranty. Its now March and I still have NO car to drive! I would never do it again!

Pleasant experience and excellent customer service!!! Worked with David directly, he has passion for his cars and showed me all inventory. Purchased an Audi from him after working out excellent deal.
