Im trying to write a review without sounding cheesy but they totally deserve a "cheesy pleased customer" review. I went in for a nose piercing this past weekend, (totally on a whim) & experienced superb customer service!!! London, the body piercer, made me feel completely comfortable. He was very organized and professional. The procedure didnt hurt at all, however my nose decided to turn into a faucet (due to me taking pain killers for a headache early morning), but he was very patient with me and made me feel relaxed. I truly felt like I was in great hands. Ive never gotten anything pierced (besides my ears) nor do I have any tattoos so this was all new to me. So feeling comfortable and having the process explained to me, as he took the time out to do, was greatly appreciated. Once the bleeding stopped (lol), I was able to fully enjoy my nose ring. Its adorable and Ive gotten great feedback!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Not only were the people there ultra friendly, the shop was very clean and well decorated. If I ever decide to move from the piercing chair to the tattoo chair, they will be my 1st choice!!!

Hate to say it but probably my worst tattoo experience, and Ive been tattooed all over the country Im covered head to toe. Guys were friendly but very unprofessional, Did a decent sized piece, guys were talking about things that you shouldnt talk about in front of customers they were making fun of previous clients, one guy kept swearing at and in front of his young son. The other artists kept crowding around me and were extremely loud, one guy had the most annoying laugh Ive ever heard in my entire life and made me want to walk out. I went in having a good day hoping to have a nice piece done, walked out feeling like I got hit by a train with a massive headache, with a piece thats not even finished. Now I have to go see a real artist to finish it for me, and I just wasted a bunch of money for something I couldve gotten done ten times better for the same price. Definitely wont be back.

Ben ochoa located at the fontana location did a half sleeve and just completed it this past Tuesday after 3 sessions. He is amazingly priced considering how great his work is...I feel like a famous artist permanently painted his masterpiece on my arm. I highly recommend him to everyone who wants an original, amazingly executed piece. I honestly can say no one will ever have anything close to what he created for me. Nic

First and foremost every artist there is talented off the chart. Scotty brings an atmosphere that is like chilling on the front porch with friends having a great time. David (Ducky) did my ink and he was on it! Gave me a better idea for my piece made sure I was comfortable thru out the session, and even tried to give me money back because of how quick he got it done. Thanks Empire Tatts...I will be back.

I actually got my nose pierced here back in 2012 but never reviewed. Good shop, very clean and my piecer was very gentle and very nice. Do recommend :3
