Warning: if you just want the review then skip to the last paragraph I got a bike here for $100 and it worked great for the first 2 days, i came back and told them it wasnt working, they would happily give me a different bike as long as it busted the same amount or more, well i found one but it apparently wasnt registered in their inventory so they couldnt give it to me, we came back the next day and found a different bike, we told the the customer service manager that we were frustrated that we had to come back more than 2-3 times just for a stupid bike, the manager suits that he was sincerely concerned and decided that the $120 new bike i wanted would be knocked down to $100 for our struggles with the store. We thanked the guy for his cooperation and left the store satisfied with an all new mountain bike. Its been a week and the bike is really good. Overall its a really just another store for day to day needs like groceries, candy, party favors, and a lot of other things.

This place is going down hill FAST! Moving the entire sales floor and not training your staff as to where ANYTHING is located is ABSOLUTELY a tragedy to your business! Your "Customer Service Desk" has the worst people behind the counter! They REALLY HATE their jobs and seem to be on the verge of suicide! If I were the manager here Id definitely move people around to get the Service Desk new people!

I live in South Sac and work in Folsom. I go to this Walmart when I get off work and I gotta say. This is the cleanest Walmart Ive ever went to. Their shopping carts roll very smooth, unlike the Walmart in South Sac where it feels like the wheels is about to fall off. The store shelve is fully stocked and neat.

Usually try to avoid shopping at Wal-Mart. Had to make a quick stop though and this was closer than Target. Its a huge store but I managed to find everything I needed quickly. Staff members were nice and helpful...which isnt usual for me at Wal-Marts. Overall it was pleasant enough.

This place is great for a quick lunch or snack. They have sandwiches, salads, and sushi in the deli section. There is no need to go to the on site Subway. One warning, the sign says 24 hours, but they actually close from 1-3am.

Its really hard to find find anything in the clothing sections of this store because things are just thrown on shelves, either from customers or lazy employees and the employees dont seem to make an effort to help you.

Its clean, the employees are friendly, every time they helped me more than I expected & The area is safe. Ive walked around shopping center many times. I love Folsom I always see policeman when Im out and wave hi!

Good ole Wallie World; been upgraded to have a grocery section. Pharmacy/bathroom product isles are extremely narrow and there is no drive thru. Avoid the rush if you can; isles become one-way alleys.

When wall Mart first came to Folsom I thought it was a little bit to much .But then I found myself go ing there all the time and with the supper Store its a one stop nice place to get everything.

Always to many people, isles are nearly impossible to get through because of it, most staff ignore you if you ask for help and no matter what time of day they only have 2 or 3 lines open.

This store has a great selection of food and we like the $7.00 Prima Della double deal on Tuesday and Thursday. You get your choice of 1 lb of meat and a half lb of cheese for $7.00.

I had very bad experiences in Online order pick up. Walmart folks dont turn up quickly. I had to wait 10 to 15 mins in the queue just to get somebody at the counter.
