I have been a long time shopper of this Marshalls. This store stocks brands I enjoy and I often spend a few hours a week shopping here. Today that all changed. Tried on a long sleeved blouse I found in the junior section that had a Marshalls tag with the price of $12.99. Went to check out with the blouse and a few other items and they informed me that it was a mis-marked shirt and was actually $39.99. I indicated that it was their error and not mine and they needed to honor the price. After nearly accusing me of changing the tag they said they would not honor the price and they didnt really care if I didnt come back. Having a great deal of experience with retail it is EXTREMELY inappropriate to accuse a customer of fraudulent behavior and even worse not to honor the price as marked! The manager said I was a victim of someone changing the tags -- I felt like a victim alright, but it had a lot more to with poor customer service. Nonetheless Ill shop elsewhere!

Prefer Rosss as this store is more expensive and has really no selection if you are over a size 10... big people (16-18) need clothes too, and dont even try to find a plus size.
