Ive been a huge fan of Ross all my life, its like a treasure hunt that does wonders for my wallet. However if there is one major flaw as everyone would know when you enter Ross you see the lp the security guard, the greeter, someone whos supposed to make you feel secure as well as inviting but unfortunately not for me. For some reason are we get hounded followed and pursued by every security guard at every Ross I went to I dont know why,I never stole a thing in my life, but evidently I fit the bill because it got so bad that I was buying things I didnt need just for the fact I wanted to prove that I didnt steal anything that sound comfortable they made me which is why I stopped going completely. That was until about 6 months ago when I reluctantly went into the Folsom Ross right across the street from my house, and to my genuine surprise I was met by one of the most genuine, gracious ,friendly security guards Ive ever come across. I was dumbfounded, he turned around my hold attitude towards Ross by the way he conducted himself as just being a charismatic easy going non-judgmental very intuitive and sociable older gentlemen, which was a breath of fresh air. Even more astonishing to me, him and I have become friends through my experiences of going in while hes working, sometimes I go in just to visit him, and our friendship continues to grow. This older gentleman truly sets the bar for the type of caliber person Ross should try to employee as a security guard, by conducting himself not as a judgmental security guard who hounds people and ends up preventing purchases but being a compassionate fun-loving sociable practical human being thats there to help you. Which Ross owes him a great do, in my opinion, because the second half of last year 2016, I spent over $2,500, as well as gained an unexpected friend I very much admire

I love Ross!! Great prices for some really cute things! Staff Ive interacted with is very friendly. If I could take a way a half star I would, just because things get somewhat disorganized in some sections, but thats the collective shoppers faults more than anything for putting stuff back where it doesnt belong, so I went up instead of down. Overall great place to shop for what you need on the cheap.

Ive always liked this store. But it was not a good shopping experience when I went with my friends to try on dresses. The woman at the dressing room named Kelsey (heavy-set ) was very rude and gave us dirty looks as well as shoved our dresses back to us. Not friendly at all. Bad service!!! Very horrid!

The place is overall great, though lacking in good service at times and some of the stock stays on the shelves for quite a while before they get in new stuff. Still its a great place for discount clothes and sometimes you can find really surprising good stuff.

As I walked through the doors of Ross; I was greeted by a nice gentleman. My wife later described as a guy, that she thinks should be singing r&b. It could be because hes African American. Anyway; some good buys today!

Bought 2 packages of socks, they had different prices for the EXACT same product. I pointed this out to the manager and she just said thats the way it is.

Do not like this store. Always messy and never can find anyone for help. Prices are cheap... but the store is not a bun place to shop!

This place is usually busy. They have a larger selection of plus size clothes here but not a lot. The dresses are always really cute.
