Dutch Bros raises the bar on coffee AND customer service. Seriously, I have never had anything short of an exceptional drink here. The super energetic (they MUST be drinking the coffee all day long!) people inside the drive up are always really friendly and very patient as I take a million years to decide what I want off of their tasty-tasty menu. I have gone seriously out of my way on road trips just so I can hit a Dutch Bros - its THAT good.

The best experience for customer service, friendliest staff, they made my day on every occasion that I have been there. And their coffees are phenomenal!!! Once you go there, you wont bother to go anywhere else ever. Their employees are awesome & make this company what it is, definitely recommend you experience their drinks and exceptional customer service, they make you feel like royalty. Love them!!!

Great experience overall!! The baristas were very nice, upbeat, helpfull and even said how glad they were that we came by being that it was our first time. Waited in line approx. 9 mins but about 15 cars in both drive thrus... they were moving the line well. I was not disappointed, the white chocolate mocha iced was very tasty and I will definitely be back!! Great job!!

I am not a big coffee drinker and I had visited my cousin in Oregon and I thought it looked cute. Well since then I was hooked, eight years later I still am. I drive 1.5 hours to Fairfield to get my coffee drinks. Besides making the best iced drinks you cant go wrong with any drink. Youll always get a smile and the best service! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Discovered this amazing coffee chain when I was in Arizona. Upon moving to Fairfield I was extremely happy to find one in town. Best coffee by far, the staff is ALWAYS upbeat, positive, and seems to enjoy being there. The coffee is 900 times better than Starbucks. They thoroughly support and enjoy their customers. Never a bad experience.

Their staff is overly bubbly. Extremely cheerful. Which is nice. Their Carmelizer is a mocha with Caramel blended in, I got it hot, and it almost tastes like one youd get at a gas station from an automated machine. It tastes great, dont get me wrong, but it doesnt taste hand made.

This is the closest DB to Sunnyvale, CA where I live so we make the trip out here every once in a while to get our Dutch Bros fix. The people are always super nice and welcoming and there us 2 Windows so it makes the lines move pretty quick even when its busy.

This location is always packed, but just pick the smaller line because its worth it! The runner will come to your car the get you drink started early, and the window barista will greet you with the biggest smile. Drinks are always tasty and hit the spot.

Go Dutch or go home ;) Like all Dutch Bros coffee places they have great people working there. You are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The coffee is excellent. Dont forget to have your coffee card stamped for that free coffee.

Wait was long... Staff seemed to be talking more than anything. Weve been to several Dutch Bros around Oregon and California, this one has been the longest wait time with ok tasting drink... Will not be returning to this location.

Long line, worth the wait. The cherry on the sundae was that they actually comped my drink because of the wait.... Blown away. I wish this was on my way to work. Oh and the coffee is smooth and delicious, unlike StarBurnts

Free coffee for first time customers. Great customer service, barista told me a little bit of the background of the company and was very nice. Coffee was top notch flavor, with a wide variety and delicious specialty drinks.

Good place for an indulgent or dessert-style coffee drink. Most of the specials are espresso/half-and-half/flavored syrup combinations. The ability to order half/quarter sweetness makes the drinks much better.

I miss my Seattles Best hot chocolate at Borders!!!...not anymore...enter Dutch Bros! My faith has been restored! Plus awesome customer service. The line does get long but worth the wait.

I still prefer Petes coffee over Dutch Bros and Starbucks. D.B. and Starbucks lines are always RIDICULOUSLY long and the coffee is "ehh" I make better coffee from my Keurig at home.

They dont close early! Always have a smile and start a conversation! Give a lot of option on which one is better and which one people choose the most! Close till 10pm!
