I usually go to DB on madison and Kenneth at least 4-5 a week and have been satisfied until I went through last Friday night and had ordered 3 drinks and I payed for them and realized I wanted to.use stamp card for a free drink so I asked the girl to do that, I actually used my H&R block card because I couldnt find my debit card so she had charged 11.50 for the 3 drinks 2 were medium and soy and then a small with extra carmel or something. I cant remember for sure I had ordered for friends. Anyways she took my stamp card and charged me again 7.50 for the drinKs and didnt refund the 11.50. the next morning I went to buy my normal drink and a small green tea. And had asked one of the guys about the charges, I had told him the totals of the drinks and what I could remember about the order, he pretty much told me how much I should have paid and that it didnt match up with their prices and that I was a liar. He never actually said the words but he made me feel pretty low, I told him it wasnt about the money its just kind of wrong to charge someone twice for a single order. Anyways I payed for my order sat morning and let it be. But then I decided to go through my transactions and total up all the money I spent at this dutch bros specifically for the month of january, which ended up being 196.48$. And i always tip 15% because i use my debit card i always click to option to tip. I have even handed a 5$ bill for the tip sometimes if i can spare it. Which is crazy considering how I was treated. After that I have no motive to go back and spend my money to be treated like a liar.

I usually get pretty good experience at Dutch bros. but today was a bit disappointing. I understand being busy but is seemed to take forever today waiting to get to the window and then it felt like I was then rushed through once I reached the window. While one side of the drive through seemed to be filtering through customers pretty quickly the side I was seemed to be going way slower, it felt like I waited in line for 30 minutes, with three cars in front of mine, though I didnt time it exactly. In addition I consistently order a caramelizer freeze extra sweet without whip for both myself and my boyfriend yet while his tasted like they usually do mine tasted like the wrong syrup was put in there resulting in weird fruity coffee taste. Im bummed that this happened because I really love Dutch bros and this was my first not so great experience there, and for the time being Im going g to be a bit offput by this location.

I love this location so much! Ive tried going to some of their other locations but they dont compare to the great service at the fair oaks stand! The employees are just amazing and they remember my name everytime I come through and they know my drink as well! The most amazing part is how caring they are and they interact with my kid as well and its not something you would expect from a coffee shop. Theyve only messed up my drink once and I told them it didnt taste right, and without hesitation they remade it free of charge! The drinks are to die for and so is the customer service. Highly recommend coming here, they make you feel like family. ❤️

The staff there was great! It was our first time at a Dutch Bros., and the young man helping us patiently explained their various flavored coffee drinks to help me decide. I decided on the Annihilator - chocolate macadamia nut sensation, but with sugar free syrup. It was fabulous! You could taste the nut flavor, without it being overly sweet and with no bitter after taste you sometimes get with sugar free options. My friend ordered a plain coffee and said it was better than most you get at a coffee house. We will definitely be back!

Nice people and yummy coffee! In my opinion its the best coffee! Only downside is that its ALWAYS BUSY with lazy people wasting gas and POLLUTING the air so they dont have to get out of their cars to get a coffee! Do OUR ONLY WORLD a favor and park to walk up to the front to order your coffee! Not only do you help the environment but you get your coffee FASTER! ANYWAYS, most people can use the exercise!

Dutch Bros is one of my favorite places to get coffee, I love that they have different drinks that Starbucks or other coffee places dont. There are not really many locations in Sacramento, the closest one is in Rocklin and the people are so energetic and called White Iniolater, it has white macedamian cream and coffee. Those who have never been there I recommend it.

DUTCH BROS ROCKS!! Franchise owners come up from within the company and exemplify the standards of the company. The products sre consistant from stand to stand & everything they make is guaranteed. You love it or they remake it. No arguments. You need not stick to their menu either. Create yoir own drink. YUM!

Not only did they completely mess up on my order, but they also double-charged me when I added another drink to my order. What sucks the most is that theres not even a number that I can call to get a hold of them so now I have to drive clear across town just to have them clear up this matter!!!

Love the baristas, they always have a cheerful welcoming attitude. As for their drinks Ive had just about everything on the menu and secret menu, you cant go wrong. Still dont know what to order? Ask for a surprise drink and let the baristas do their magic.

Cheap coffee and the customers always block the entrance to the parking lot with their cars while waiting in line. They painted new lines on the ground showing where cars are supposed to stop, but the employees dont enforce it and customers dont follow it.

I dont drink coffee but took my grandson and the reason Im giving one star is because when wever got to the window the young man was putting whipped cream on the drink he had his finger in it. Not cool very unsanitary.

I dont like their coffee drinks but the peopleare always friendly and my cousin loves their drinks so I take her. Great customer service and the birthday cake drink is the best thing ever. :)
