The fact that Im actually taking time to right this lengthy comment should give you an idea of how horrible the coffee in this place tastes. Yuk!!!! The coffee really sucks here!!!! Also, the atmosphere in this coffee shop leaves something to be desired. I could not put my finger on what exactly was missing in this coffee shop (other then the awful coffee). Oh! Maybe it was the lack of mocha varieties, the cheap looking plastic bag decor hanging from the ceiling, or the lose floor board that I stepped on near the cash register. On second thought, no, it couldnt have been those minuscule things. Hhmmm....It must have been the fact that it felt crampy and almost closter phobic because as I turned to the person who was sitting next to me I could swear that I was so close that I could see their ear wax. In addition to these flaws, this coffee shop is also missing a musical instrumental element that tends to place people in a relaxed mood. There is no smooth jazz or light classical music playing softly in the background, so the only vibe you get when you walk in the door is the one you first receive from the lone patron cowering in the corner of the shop with their book on Undoing Depression. I wonder if this person has ever given any thought that coming to this coffee shop may be one of the reasons why she is depressed. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the two gentlemen staffers were less then cheerful and really looked like they did not want to even be there. Cheer up guys because there are plenty of people without a job that would love to have yours. Looking like zombies when a customer comes in will not keep or bring in new business. Better yet, just work on making better coffee why dont ya!! So to sum up my experience: HORRIBLY BITTER/NASTY COFFEE, DISAPPOINTING DECOR, & ZOMBIE-LIKE BARISTAS.

Like the un-Rosevilleness of this cafe. Yknow-what-I-mean? It doesnt seem like some overdone chain despite its location in some faux Italian-looking village complex with crackling power lines overheard. The menu is simple, uncomplicated with its beans sourced from a roaster in Santa Cruz. Cant recall the name, but it did have that boutique-coffee beany taste to it. Reminiscent of Old Soul, in my opinion. A latte was $3.75, a bit more than what Im used to, but once I saw the beautiful presentation, I felt it was a work of art. I didnt try their food, the emphasis seemed to be more on coffee. I did notice some pastries in a case though: scones, etc. Although their light blue painted walls could use a touch up, I admired the local paintings on the wall. I wasnt sure if they were for sale, but there was one I liked - a vague abstract vision of being underwater. Great spot for a business meeting, catching up with a friend or doing some work, the free fast wifi is a plus and parking is plentiful.

BLOOM Coffee and Tea (ROSEVILLE, CA) Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5 The Employees seem genuinely happy to work here and it reflects in their customer service. They are willing to go above and beyond even for the neediest of customers. SPEED 4/5 Coffee speed is on point, drinks rarely take longer than 3-4 min even in a rush. However, food speed can lag quite drastically during busy hours (would recommend to call in an order ahead of time to avoid this problem). Seating ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 Seating is Semi spacious and has a nice open air feel. Seating however is not very comfortable and would not recommend for sitting down long periods of time. Perfect spot for a quick brunch. Seating can be limited through out the day and you will most likely have to share a table. Quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Bloom uses Verve Coffee Espresso (street level) bold start, rich, full body, nice fruity finish. Works okay with milk but not MY personal favorite when it comes to milk espresso. No single origin option

1. Bloom coffee just tastes better. Why? Ill tell you. Blooms coffee is roasted fresh and ground fresh. It is roasted by a roastery that Competes regionally at barista competition. 2. Bloom doesnt just brew coffee and make drinks. They french press coffee also. 3. Blooms coffee is smooth and not bitter. It tastes clean and doesnt have that bite. Basically, you dont have to shave your tongue after you drink it. 4. Mark my words... The owners Jake and Luke will be famous some day so you should go in and meet them. One or both of them work everyday and they are super nice. 5. They make drinks with Single Origin espresso. Usually coffee is a blend but these guys use coffees that are so good and balanced enough that they dont need other bean to make the drink taste good. 6. I know I said 5 but this one is worth mentioning. They make their own vanilla syrup and chocolate sauce. Bloom Coffee is the new Black!

The staff are some of the friendliest people I have encountered. There is a great selection of drinks that help set this place apart from other local specialty coffee shops (I definitely recommend the shakerato!). The coffee (Verve) is good but not my favorite roaster. The seating can feel a bit uncomfortable in the busier hours as it is a bit cramped, but generally it is pleasant to sit for a while and take a breather and soak in the coffee. Overall, Bloom is a wonderful coffee shop that is worth the visit if you have never been and still worth the visit even if you already have.

The place is good, it was not very crowded on a sunday evening. I liked that they asked us if we want disposable cups to go or we want to drink in regular cups there. A good step towards reducing waste. Coffee looked really good, nice latte art but it was cold. I mean a slightly warm than room temperature . That was totally diaappointing. If I ask for hot coffee I mean hot. Thats thw reason I am giving 3 stars because the sole purpose I went there for ia good coffee. Ordered a coffee cake scone and it was really good. They have variety of scones.

Excellent espresso - better than most in Italy (where Im from) and thats a huge compliment. However, the standard espresso is too "long" (they only offer doubles). It would be nice if they offered singles which is only possible if there are two of you that want singles. Nevertheless the coffee is of excellent quality and the espresso was actually served in a tazzina - I was very impressed. Now during my US visits I can actually have a decent espresso! NB: I dont drink "coffee broth" so I couldnt tell you how the normal coffee is here.

We stopped for coffee and a snack on our way to visit my grandmother. The line was long and the cashier was slow. I finally got to the front of the line and ordered a couple of coffees and a simple breakfast. After I paid, the cashier advised that there was no one I. The kitchen and that my order would take at least 45 minutes. That should have been mentioned before I paid. I cancelled the cooked food and just ordered scones. The coffee was fine, but the scones were chewy. We wont be back.

OK, as long as you can handle the hipster crowd that is always in this place, its great coffee. Every employee is personable, and knows there beans. The managements first class, The prices are not too high, and of course ...The "Shakarado" ... drop the mic, go home, its all over there is no better coffee drink in the land! P.S. I think I spelled that wrong, but the menu has like 5 things on it so you can figure it out Shake-a-radoo...? What ever its great, dont laugh!
