Horrible customer service. I was lied to by the sales guy who said I could return the boots to ANY redwing store which turned out this is not the case I also found out I was charged well over the MSRP of the boots, another redwing store was significantly cheaper and much more helpful. I was also told that since I returned a pair of boots well over 2 years ago that this was the last return they would accept from me. I will never visit a red wing store again and I suggest to anyone who is considering a red wing shoe or boot that you do not purchase from this particular store, they will over charge you and then make you jump through hoops to get your money back if you choose to use their own return policy.

Been buying and wearing Red Wings for over 25 years. If you want cheap then go to Wal-Mart for your boots! But you will be replacing them in 6-8 months. You get what you pay for. Always had good service here. And no B.S. If you work construction you need good boots and good tools.

Great convenient location with plenty of available parking spaces, the store closes at 6pm, doesnt give people much time to shop after they get off work which is usually at 5pm.
