Came in a few months ago because I was in a lot of pain from an onset of a problem with suppination. They had me walk across a pad to get my foot pressure points and came out with the little piece of plastic. I tried it out and it wasnt comfortable and didnt seem to help. I was assured that it was a process and I would need to ease my feet into this and I could bring the product back if it didnt work. Reluctantly I purchased the product and could not keep them on for longer than 1 hour regardless of "easing in." Most of the time I used it the product actually made the problem seem worse and I was close to rolling my ankle multiple times. When I came back to return them I was told incredibly rudely that they would never have said they would refund their product but my guarantee of returning if there was problems was to get a new refitted piece of plastic. I was called a liar, but upon my persisting they told me they would call their store owner and would call me back. I still have not received a call back and I am stuck with garbage plastic inserts that do more harm than good. I wish there was some legal way I could get my money back but I cant urge anyone away from this shady company more strongly. THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS AND WILL SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL SALE AND DENY YOUR REFUND. Stay away. If anyone actually thinks this product helps them and isnt a fake account made by the company you are welcome to purchase my worthless store credit.

I talked to the technician for a little bit and the asked what the cost would be. He said that the cost would be $150 for the 6-month inserts and $200 for the life-time inserts. I thought that I could afford that so I went ahead and invested my time in being fitted, pampered, etcetera. Towards the end, the cost had grown to $600--the old bait and escalate trick take from used car salesmen. I have purchased the $150 inserts to see it they do any good, but I advise anyone to beware of this place and heed the danger signs. Their goal appears to be maximum profit rather than healthy feet. We shall see if their vaunted inserts perform as advertised. One final note. You need a very thin pair of foam liners to wear over the top of the inserts. They cost $25 each for a grand total of $200. The same item would probably cost $1.98 for the entire pair at Walmart. Also be prepared for them to tear the original shoe liner out of the bottom of your shoes. Why would they do this? It is the same shape and thickness as their expensive foam liners.

The inserts that I bought and paid over $600 for in June, have not only not worked in the long run, but they actually made my feet worse. Even after wearing them for an hour, my feet hurt like mad and my heels were numb for 2 hours. When I wrote my first review, a rep for them contacted me, over a month ago, and although I replied and answered her questions, she hasnt not responded to me since. SO, Im out a bunch of money, and believe me, they do not tell you these are non refundable, but now they ignore me. I am finally going with inserts with shoes that have good arches, and Birks, and my condition is mild now, so I will never wear these beasts again. And, dont believe the part about them being a health issue to refund your money....what do you suppose they do with the ones you give them back, if you trade it for another style? Im pretty sure one of my pairs was worn before. If they are recycling them, then they should be able to refund your money. Check on all other options first! Unhappy to the SOLE, Patt Kregelo

Plantar fascitus was so bad, the doctor said surgery was the only option. I heard about Good Feet, called the Sacramento store and talked to Ryan. He was super helpful and shipped my Good Feet so I received them the next day. I was in so much pain I couldnt wait, but also nervous about spending the money. Its the best money ever spent, the recovery time from surgery is 10 weeks and costs a whole lot more. It is so important to wear them the way they instruct you to, I had immediate pain relief and couldnt wait to be able to wear them the whole day. It took a good 3 weeks for that to happen and now I am back to running. Good Feet has really saved me, I only wish I could give more stars!!

The folks at this store are great and is where I first got my inserts. They made it easy to get going giving me all the information I needed to make the right decision. It changed my life and compared to all my doctor visits over the years it is dirt cheap. The helped me beyond all belief. Now I have been using the Good Feet products for years and it has been the only thing that has helped my lower back problems. I played football in the day and lifted heavy weights for years and my back was always going out. This would put me out for 4 to 6 weeks at a time yet now this is all over since I started using their products. I thank you Good Feet Store of Sacramento!!!!

Dont waste your money I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis bought inserts from good feet. I feel taken advantage of because I was desperate for relief from the pain of my feet. After a few weeks using the inserts my feet felt so much worse! Finally went to the podiatrist and was sad to find out my pain could be solved by doing simple foot exercises, or using a night splint ($39.95), or using a plantar fasciitis support strap ($24.75) I wish I could get my money back ($400) however there is a no refund on any of their products. I am writing this to inform people who are desperate for pain relief there are other cheaper and easier options. However to each his own.

The arch supports I got at Good Feet did help my foot pain, but only partially. The arches were simply too high. It was explained to me when I bought them that the arch supports are designed to fit a foot with normal arches and that the flat foot would conform to this pattern. Mine never did. The arches were never comfortable. My feet did feel better once I started to wear the supports, so they were partially effective, but it was not till I went to a podiatrist and got custom orthotics that I was able to get good results.

PLEASE do not waste your money here. They dont know what theyre doing, theyre here to rip you off. Everything in the store is overpriced (I saw shoes here for $110 that are $85 at Fleet Feet); these orthotics may make your problem worse, and once you complain or raise a problem they will mock, insult or ignore you. BTW, omegaplusplus works for Good Feet, so dont listen to his review.

Their "no refund" policy and extremely high prices should be a red flag to anyone. My wife spent $350 for "Arch Classics" plus "Anti-microbial cushions." She was in pain from plantar fasciitis and desperate for relief. They didnt help in the slightest. Buyer beware big time!
